Again, we were the only Customers in the place, and, I felt there was a lack of smiles behind the counter. The Music in the Dining Area WAS WAY TOO LOUD!!!!! Or, to me it seemed that way. The first table I sat down at was in need of a wipe down, so, I moved. My fries were cold and soggy, but, the Chicken Sandwich was OK.

Labor Day weekend is meant for chores not necessarily cooking. Went by for lunch, rather lengthy wait; however, the place was severely short staffed. Special thanks to Tessa and 1 other co-worker for holding this place down and still delivering exceptional customer service!

Ridiculous how terrible the service was for me. All I did was get a family meal with the coupon, I had to wait AN HOUR to get my food, from 6:43pm – 7:38pm. Then, they did not give me one of my fries, barely filled the containers as is, did not give me one of my drinks. I am genuinely surprised I got the right count of burgers. How complicated can it be?? I only noticed after I pulled away from the drive-thru and there was no chance I was going to wait another hour to get my missed fry and drink. The people were nice, but this place needs to be shut down if they’re going to be this slow and inaccurate. In the end, this is what you get with kids running the place. I would hope a refund would be coming my way after this fiasco.

Really slow service, understaffed and basically no customer service at this location. And this is coming from a BK loyal fan. Food was decent but wait was quite long and wasn’t adressed for well over 15 minutes after walking up to counter to pick up online order.

Waited 25 mins just for the employees to take my order through the drive thru & only one car was ahead of me. They ended up with one bag..I ordered the family bundle with an extra fry. I got home and ONLY received 2 whoppers 2 cheese burgers, 2 fries – basically missing half my order. Then realized they did not give me my receipt either. All my burgers were missing lettuce! The burgers sucked…Such a shame, you could defiantly tell the employees did not care either. I will be reaching out to district manager Joanna G. info posted on drive thru window.

Starting with the eastern entrance: this location has a door that is inoperable that poses a potential fire and safety hazard. You have to use the south entrance towards W Adams. When inside, the menu is blacked out rendering no ability to view choice items. After ordering, I was given 2 Original Chicken sandwiches and my drink. I had not instructed the cashier to remove anything and yet both of my sandwiches had no toppings. Adding insult as this order was $12.74. This is important because just 2 days prior, I ate at another Burger King in Temple, TX off of I-35 by the Buccees in Temple. I ordered the exact same 2 Original Chicken sandwiches and same sized drink and paid $9.18. So it’s one thing to give the wrong order, yet in retrospect, I’m paying more for less! Yes, it’s only a few dollars but it’s the principle to be clear. This location had terrible staff. Adding more to the experience; one of the employees had their child in the established unsupervised. You read that correctly, an EMPLOYEE, not a customer. To paint the picture: the employee was my csshier who is and still is as this post is written, actively working. I did not photograph the child for obvious reasons. Highly unprofessional. This location needs better management and much more.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Pulled into the drive through and waited, and waited. Someone else pulled into the drive through next to us and they took there order. Then someone else pulled behind them and they too their order. Still heard nothing from our side so we left. FIX YOUR STUFF BK OR BLOCK IT OFF!

Was surprised at how little effort the employees working actually put forth to try and do anything. I should have known right away when all doors to lobby were locked except the one around the side that I should have turned around and went somewhere else, which I ended up doing anyway. Wont be ordering from this Burger King again.

This is on the west Adam’s BK. Had coupon for 2 whopper w 2medium fries. Got 2 jr whoppers and 2 medium fries. Both burgers cold and not even correct. Used the drive up, speaker does not even work. Will not go back.
