So picked up lunch today and now I understand the low ratings people have been giving. I ordered large milk shakes and you will see by the photos they were just half full. I have yet to patronize this store and get a correct or complete order.

I made a Whopper with cheese combo order between 930-10pm. The bottom bun was very hard, the lettuce was brown and it was drenched in mayo. I call the store 7 times to make a complaint before driving back. I arrived back at the same location for the order to be made again. The remake was horrible as well. They microwaved the second burger so long that the cheese had melted into the bread and was slightly hardened as well. I was very disappointed and disgusted. I will not be returning back to this location.

Let me start by saying I am disappointed in how Burger King has gone down hill. I went to burger King off the bat I told the girl that I could not hear her if it was the intercom or if she was talking low I told her I wanted 6 med fries,two 8 piece nug with bbq and sweet and sour,5 whoppers,and 2 bacon crispy chicken well she wanted to put what she wanted on my order she put one 8 piece nugg,5 whoppers,2 bacon chicken sandwich I told the guy at the window and let him know to please correct my order he said he has to speak to his manager to see he comes back tells me no I said let me speak to him once he came to the 1st window he had an attitude and had the nerve to tell me that the young girl said I had an attitude when I couldn’t hear her how is that an attitude I had my 3 young kids in the car who heard everything I told him I just want my other nuggs and my 6 fries that I told her but she didn’t want to add it he said no I am the boss and your not getting it I have 7 other ppl to take care of well I was told his name was Gabe but the name on his name tag said Johnathan shift manager the girl refused to give her name and he refused to give her name as well he slammed the window in my face after giving me half my order while my kids watched from the back seat I had to go inside to order my 6 med fries that they refused to put on my original order and one 8 piece nugg while I was on the phone trying to get a live agent I am so shocked that they treated a paying loyal customer like this makes me sick but now I’m wondering how many people have they treated like this people like them will make burger King look bad so I had 2 separate receipts all together paid 66 something

MY wife and I, Waited in secondary line after being told by driver through worker to wait. We proceeded to wait through 6 different cars getting their orders taken at the other speaker. moved to other speaker. had someone else’s order taken on the original speaker before mine. and then received 2 orders of large fries that were not even half way full one of them with unidentified black marks at the top of the fry container. drinks over half full with ice when we asked for no ice. and my Double bacon king which didn’t have the right sauce on it. then we were told that we could not have any sauces other than ketchup because we did not pay for them. by far the worst experience I’ve had at any burger king. on top of that the workers were not wearing masks or gloves while handling our food.

I had an awful experience. I ordered two burgers and some other things. When I get home, I only have one burger in my bag. I tried to call them to rectify the situation, and, of course, the line was busy all night. I hope they don’t steal from you, too.

This is the best Burger King in Killeen Texas! I literally pass by two other Burger King’s when I want to eat Burger King! This location serves hot and quality Burger King’s products or the standard BK brand. The employees and professional and kind.

We ordered two Bacon King combos. We received fries that were luke warm and salt less. We requested fresh fries, the employee said ok. Why the manager come and ask what was wrong with the fries? We just said they weren’t hot and salt less. She said she had just taken them out like that was going to change our answer. Then she says we’re out of salt and we said why didn’t you say that when we ordered. No answer, then she walks off to remake the fries. She re-made the fries and put salt packages in the bag. The manager had a bad attitude and just wasted unnecessary time trying to make us take the fries!

Extremely fast drive thru service and super great customer service! Whopper Jr and and regular Whopper were made on the spot… Not cold. Fries were also good and crisp. See pics. Nuggets delicious. Ate with honey mustard and zesty sauces.

I went there thru the drive through on Tuesday, march 14. I waited until now to make a review as I was sooooo mad. I waited 25 minutes only for someone who came up after me to be allowed to order. The manager stated there were only 2 people working. I understand this, but I also know that I was there 15 min prior to the other car and was not spoken to ever, except to say hold for min when I first got there. It was then I decided to go inside. After speaking to the manager, who was horribly rude, I realized why they only had 2 people working. She actually walked away from me when I asked what was going on. She helped others but not me, so I will NEVER go back to that location!! I will drive 5 miles to another location before I go there again!!! I wanted BK really bad that night and ended up eating churches next door to them!
