Absolutely disgusting!!! The food we were served has obviously been sitting out all day long. I specifically asked the manager of the chicken sandwiches we order had been recently cooked. If not, I would make another selection. He lied and said yes. I always drive by this place and there’s never anyone in the drive through…. Now I know why. 10/10 would not recommend. Every Burger King in the town is disgusting!! Save your money, time, and digestive system!

Business hours said they open at 7 on Saturday but I had to wait till 730 and they still weren’t open. I called and they said the cashier was not there yet. This happened to me 2 weekends in a row where they weren’t open during their posted business hours. I ended up leaving to go to the one on FT Hood street which was open and had better customer service.

first time at the location upon receiving my food I had noticed an item of my order was missing. Comes to find out the lady who took my order in the drive-through, was not paying attention when I needed some thing else added to my order claim that she got everything on my drive-through order going to the next window is when I got told that she did not place that correctly and that because we are ready we’re at the second window we had to go all the way around and replace an order because of the staff error. When I asked why that was and how was it the customer Error the staffed then blamed it on their store manager Charles and wouldn’t help fix this error. Very disappointed in how such a business could/ would not fix a simple error that was made by staff.

One star because I have to click AT LEAST one star to submit a review. This location RUINED my outlook on Burger King. Visited at 11:24 pm for chicken nuggets and fries, we were told they closed because they turned their broiler off…. closed nearly an hour early? What does the broiler have to do with the fryer?? The lack of control by management, the ruling of the store by staff, rude disrespectful staff, whom close the location early at will. Then the horrible excuse of reply from the GM when you submit a complaint through Burger King is ridiculous. Heads up public, they close early and allow the store and management to be ruled by the staff. There is no courtesy nor customer service at this location.
