The female employee punctured the barbecue sauce and squeezed all over inside of my bag. It took 30 minutes to get my order. I ordered onion rings there was six onions rings in each box. I had to tell her I was missing a drink. The girl sounds like she a mouth full of marbles when talked. She took off her name tag. The drink tastes like nothing. The chicken nuggets were old tasting.

Food was good and hot. The drive thru line was way too long so we went inside. It wasn’t too loud and there’s a separate room for kids to play around with large windows so you can still keep an eye on them without listening to all the screeching. The customer service was good too. Overall it was a pretty good experience and I’ll probably be back at some point with the family.

The atmosphere was fine there was just an issue with a strange man that was hanging out at the restaurant with seemingly no real reason to be there. He made us feel uncomfortable because he was displaying strange behavior. We left earlier than we wanted to due to that. Other than that, everything was great.

This location has gone very downhill they’re always getting orders wrong, very rude and it seems they’ve become lazy as well as they can’t seem to separate the cheese just want to throw 4 slices together in the same spot. Called to speak with a manager employee said he was on break when I asked when they would be off break employee almost said “I don’t know” then tells us 15 minutes. they need more adults working there and less kids. Very irresponsible.

Went there twice, a week apart while on travel. Both times, the hot plastic smell from the impossible burger or wrapper was overpowering and I tossed it. The burger itself didn’t taste bad but the smell was awful. Figured it was the paper wrapping and tried them again on my way back. Same thing – also, I asked for salt for my fries because the last time they were bland and unsalted. I was told they didn’t have any salt packets. I asked them if they would give them an extra sprinkle just there in the bag and was told no… they were salted enough. Um, okay.

So I went inside at 10:40 and the manager Ashley Cox was on the register and told me I could be inside because they closed at 9:45. Why did it take so long to close the doors? She’s was starring blank at the registers before then and after I even went the the drive thru the have my issues about my order. The General manager Ashley Cox was definitely on some type of stimulant the way she was leaning over the register. She also would come into a local gas station I worked at tweaked out of her mind trying to get me to cash app her money.

Got to chatting with the young guy at the window. Great attitude and friendly customer service. And then it turns out he has the same name as my son, so props to you, Joseph. Your parents should be proud.

The drive-through took forever. We ordered 4 cheese burgers with ONLY ketchup. They all had no ketchup but mustard and pickles. Even the recipe was correct. Then, to fix it was a 20-minute wait. I had 4 little kids with me. There was no sense of this being “fast food.” This place is a mess! 40 minutes later, we were finally leaving with our 4 cheese burgers.

The fries were good. The crispy chicken and Swiss was not. It looked and tasted like it had been under the heat lamp for a long time. Yuck!
