Went for late lunch, around 1:30. Manager was reprimanding young employee right at the counter in front of customers. For me, this is unexcusable. Poor management…..always discuss with employee in private. Fast food workers and management are a dime a dozen and there is no training and no accountability anymore. The bread was old and stale, the food was mediocre at best. Do not recommend until changes are made for the better .

The service here is terrible, but in spite of that the food is actually usually good. The last time I visited the employees were busy playing with the toddler of an off-duty employee, and made sure to give him and his wife free food while we were waiting to be served. The menu marquee is always out (or off?) and the employees act ticked off to have to go through the menu verbally. This is actually a really nice building but the employees make it a bad experience. The often are laughing and joking and using loud swear words and I have to cover my kids ears so they dont hear all the inappropriate language.

This review is specifically for the crew working Monday June 19, 2023 at 1:30 pm. I went in and ordered a BK Bacon King and told the counter person no tomato, lettuce, and Mayo. The young man said it came with mustard and ketchup. So far so good. Well went I got my order it had Mayo on the sandwich. I took it back and it was remade. Instead bringing the sandwich the guy called “remake” from the counter. They were totally unprofessional and customer service is horrible. I can not in good conscience recommend this BK to anyone. The one star is for the first time I have been in here the food was hot and not luke warm.

I truly have to question the decision making skills of the management here. Two fountains of Coke Zero and no Diet Coke? Do they not kow DIet Coke is the number 2 soda in the US and Coke Zero doesn’t even make the top ten? Do the know that diet coke drinkers will choose not to ear somewhere because they don’t have diet coke? This is my first time visiting this burger King and I won’t be back. That’s how important diet coke is to me (and so many other diet coke drinkers)

Had a really nice meal here today! The restaurant was super clean and the staff was very nice. I had a coupon and asked if I could use it and the gentleman said yes and I had no problems. The food came out quick and the fries were exceptionally good today! I highly recommend this location.

Just moved to the neighborhood and this Burger King looked brand new so thought I would give this franchise a shot. My experience was on December 23, 2022 about 4:30 PM. The drive through had about 5 cars so just decided to walk in to order to save gas. I was the only guest in the restaurant and the location was really clean so was surprised and excited to give BK another try. The staff did not greet me and I stood and watch them be managed by a young fellow that had his back turned to me for the entire time I tried to order, this literally lasted like 8+ minutes and I watched as he bosses his small crew around. He repeated had a chance to take my order or at least Acknowledge I was there, instead he at every time I tried to make eye contact would ignore me and turn his back to me. I honestly felt like he did not want me there.. Finely another young man walk up with his head down and mumbled can I help you like it was actually hurting him to help a guest. I told him I was good and left. Considering I was the only guest in the restaurant it’s unbelievable that no one would make eye contact with you greet you or even trying to tell you the hold on for a minute and not take your order. Obviously this restaurant needs to close and have a management team come in and teach them the basics of greeting customers, no wonder nobody’s in there and I won’t return until somethings changes.
