Do not go to this location unless you want to be disappointed. It’s Wednesday April 5th and it is currently 7:26 a.m., even though the hours stated on the door for dining areas says it’s open at 6 a.m. this location rarely ever opens their dining area doors. They do not care if you ordered ahead, they will literally lock the door in your face before you get to the door. I don’t know if this is how you conduct business but this is exactly how you lose customers.

my husband and I made a stop to eat at Buger King with our daughter, La Niña needed to go to the bathroom but they have them locked, we kindly asked before ordering to go to the bathroom to which El Niño who was at the register replied that we should order first, my husband was going to stay ordering while we went to the bathroom but El Niño at the register told us flatly NO twice, it is worth mentioning that my daughter is autistic and was quite restless about going to the bathroom. there the Manager interceded and told us to go to the gas station to see if they would lend us the bathroom there and after many words of bad taste from the staff they agreed to open the bathroom door, today we were victims of this outrage by part of the Manager, so to speak, because she shouldn’t run a store if she doesn’t know how to give customer service. she is a terrible person and Manager. she hopefully and she gets fired

We explained we wanted no ketchup no onions on 2 no Ketchup with onions…Then one wasn’t as warm we asked her to heat it then my friend e planned again in English and Spanish was charged for lettuce and tomatoes and was charged 1.00 for one tomatoe.She asked lady to lower voice she said no I don’t shut up in spanish…Very rude bad service dirt all over floor like they were busy but no one in store .. .. She said ” No me callere…And she’s arguing again with her..

Went at 11:15 pm Friday night. Sign says they closed at 12am. Lights were on. Could see two employees inside. Waited 10 minutes at speaker – no response. If you’re closed, at least say that.

Oh my all I order was fries and it took forever. I was in a hurry and my two fries did not have flavor, no salt plain. Also, one was burning hot and the other was not hot at all. What a disappointment. I wish I can get my money back

The quality of Burger King Whopper burgers has declinee in general. They used to be the go to Burger for me, but they are now so thin and lifeless with so little veggies, that I have generally stopped going to Burger King. I gave this place a shot to see if the experience might be different. My thinking was perhaps a different franchise owner would expect employees to provide a different, higher level of quality, that might be better that what I’ve been seeing at other locations. Sadly, the experience was similar to other locations. An overall sad, lifeless Burger. Also, noone could tell me how to add jalapenos in the app, so I ended up paying 54 cents on a debit card at a separate transaction for jalapenos. On the up side, the service was fast.
