Five Stars on a fast-food category! First time ever I see a BK remodeling their building, about time to be on top with the competence! I forgot to take pictures of the patio, but they got new patio tables and chairs and the spot looks very inviting for customers. Renovations inside makes the place look super neat and clean and the staff is polite and attentive, our orders came out fast and was really tasty (for being a fast food place, you know). Kudos to whoever got the idea of renewing this location!

I ordered via the app. The person up front didn’t know what a mobile order is. And if someone shows you they’re phone you should know it’s a mobile order. Then check the orders coming in. Then he told someone working there and he was being rude about it. Otherwise the food was great. Ordered a Whopper meal with bacon and cheese. I gave it 4 ⭐ only because the meal was made well.

Tried to do the impossible whopper taste test today. Waited about 5 minutes at the second window before being handed two cold burgers. The cheese didn’t melt on either one. Also the staff assumes you want cheese added to both burgers when the impossible whopper comes with cheese. The results of this taste test? Both burgers sucked.

After working an 8 hour shift on Memorial Day, I decided to stop by and get a Flame Broiled Whopper, I haven’t had one in a minute. My burger order is always the same anywhere I go, no onions, extra pickles, extra mayonnaise, I hate a dry burger…lol I also decided to order a 9 PC nugget and jalapeños poppers. The first window person didn’t even speak, the second window was very friendly. I live literally 2 blocks away, got home and decides to eat before my food got cold, I hate cold food. Well guess what, my burger was cold but I was so hungry I kept eating it and then I bit something crunchy….OMG, it has onions, yeah I threw it away. I went for my nuggets, they were cold and old, like they were sitting there for a while, then there were 8. My jalapeños poppers were cold also. Needless to say I was very disappointed, will I return to this Burger King, sorry to the king but I will not be returning, I took 2 star for the onions and 1 for cold food.

My wife & I stopped for a light meal at Burger King on Long Point about 8 p.m. Place was not crowded. We ordered at the counter their 2 small cheeseburger meal with two drinks.
