All the tables are CLEAN (I mean actually clean,zero crumbs, and shiny),the employees are FRIENDLY, and the food was ready fast and our order was perfect! Delicious and hot. Terrible. Very nasty inside. Rude manager. Cashier Andrea needs improvement on her customer service skills and just because someone walks in with a coupon doesn’t mean you can’t build the sale. Word of mouth about new products would of been helpful. I wasn’t aware of the new cheesy tots! Your manager, Jose, needs a lot of Compassion training. In 2018 customer service has fallen below standard especially at fast-food places and I’m sorry but my expectations are not short because this is inexpensive food. This location needs improvement!

I went here to buy a family bundle meal for myself and my family at the bundle meal comes with four cheeseburgers and three whoppers and three small fries I ordered extra large fry on top of that. When I went to go get my order the lady pretty much just threw my order all over the counter and stuffed it all into one bag I asked for extra ketchup and mayonnaise and the manager handed me a total of four catchup packets and to mayonnaise packets for the entire order. I then asked for a handled bag And the manager lied and said he didn’t have one and when I told him I had just seen him hand a handled bag to a previous customer he didn’t know what to say. This place lacks customer service and need to learn how to treat customers so they come back instead of with an attitude when you go there paying for good service but instead get horrible service.

Easy in and easy out, even though it is a little further off Hwy 290 that other restaurants around here. We had a quick sandwich and fries and were back on the road. The fries tasted like they had just been cooked.
