Ordered our food sat down. Waited an hour and nothing. They never started our order and didn’t know what to tell us when we inquired. I was so upset we waited so long with our kids there. I went up to manager to tell her & all she said was “sorry I don’t know what happened”. I watched other customers walk away because of the wait. But I did see drive thru orders going out. So they do prioritize those rather than dine in guests. I suggest don’t dine it unless you have lots of time to waste. We had other errands to run and had to leave. We won’t be back.

Actually every time we go to Burger King in Floresville it’s always filthy. The tables were all dirty , the floor needed sweeping and the employees with long hair no hairnet that’s unsanitary. I blame poor management hopefully they can clean up their act!!!

Went thru the drive thru food was hot, but let me put y’all on blast…I waited at the first window for a good 15min and was told not to drive forward. The person behind me was getting irritated because they thought I just wasn’t moving forward. I know that the order is timed so if that is the reason I was told not to go to the second window that’s horrible just saying. Manager, I’m sure you don’t care, but you shouldn’t cheat the owner of the restaurant because that is making the bad reviews.

The food is decent, for a BK, but the service is poor at best. They’re slow, game the timing system by holding cars at the first window, and orders are quite often wrong. Inside, it’s not exactly what I’d call clean, but serviceable. Do not get the chicken fries here – they’re gummy and cold.
