I give this place a 0star I order mobile order at 11:20pm before closing time I got there at 11:25pm to pick up was at the drive thru no one answered went to the window and there was a guy cleaning up was there for 10 min until he acknowledged me doing hand gestures that’s closed but stated I had a mobile order kind you they should close at 12am had me waiting for 15 more min until that so called manager that didn’t want to give me his name stated that they decided to close for this day early. SO DO THE EMPLOYEES DECIDED TO CLOSE WHENEVER THEY WANT ? I proceed to tell him to provide me his name he closed the window and left I wonder why he did that tho because he knows he could get in trouble by closing early and not following corporate hours !!!!! Staff are rude need better training and better management and not just put whoever there nasty location

DO NOT GO HERE! This Burger King is a dump. Not clean at all. They can’t get your order correct, If you try to downplay the error to not come off as a complainer, the inept manager will then refuse to fix it. Incidentally, the employee who made the error was the nicest one there. I should’ve taken the hint that there is a reason nobody was there on a weekend evening. With the management currently on staff, it’s just a matter of time before they permanently close the doors. There are too many other options where customers matter to waste your time at any BK.

Horrible location. I absolutely have no idea how they are still in operation. Drive thru employee rude, didn’t get to answer when asked if I was order anything else, before rushing me to the window. They forgot 1 burger to my order. Doesn’t even matter because all the burgers was cold. I LITERALLY just left the window. The nuggets I ordered were not cooked properly as it was undercooked and literally melted in your mouth upon first bite. Don’t even bother calling them to complain because they will let the phone ring. They should be able to answer a call since they hardly have any customers.

My husband and I are on a road trip from Canada and wanted to stop in here for lunch. My husband was filling up our vehicle nearby at the 7-11 and there was a problem with the receipt printer, so I went ahead of him to use the restroom (broken at the 7-11) and told him to meet me. I went into the restroom and an employee followed me stating that it was for customers only. I told her my husband was on his way to the drive thru from the gas station. I went out the door to see where he was (his phone has no service in the US) and the employees harassed me the whole way out, following me and calling me a liar. It was frightening and what a poor excuse for Texas hospitality! Disgusting conduct on the employees’ part. You lost two customers who were absolutely going to eat there.

This location was Closed by 11pm tonight. I Had to cancel my postmates order, ALONG THE WAY wait for a train that completely stopped and had to sit and wait 15min. Before I detoured to finally get to Burger King and they were closed early. I just picked up an order here 20min agoand the staff almost tried not to take my order the 1st time. Very disappointing. Need to get this fixed or let a corporate personal handle this issue and take up with Managers and current staff. Waste of time and money
