Food came out super fast, but I think its because it was already sitting, or they barely cooked it. My burger bun was cold, like it came from a fridge. My meat patty wasn’t hot at all, just room temp and the burger barely had any flavor. Was a old flavorless meal.

I just left this burger king 748am . The male employee on the inside had the door locked. He never came to the intercom at the drive-thru. When we drove around to the window, he rolled his eyes and walked away. As I proceed to drive to the front of the restaurant, we notice ppl standing at the door waiting for him to open the door but he just walked away. They finally decided to walk /drive away as so did I. It’s a shame this is not the first time. They never open on time, the attitudes are horrible like they mad you came, they never greet people, sometimes your order be wrong. It’s just horrible.. the owner needs to step in and re-crew the whole store with proper training. This is unacceptable.

I have always liked Burger King but here lately the quality of the food has come down a bit. However my last visit to the Burger King on the corner of Rigsby and WW White was very satisfying. The manager had a special for the Whopper meal that was better than the coupon I had planned to use. The burgers my wife and I ordered were prepared by someone who takes pride in their work, in other words they weren’t just thrown together. The fries where fresh and the dining area was clean. Kiddos to the manager and staff at location.

Request coke without ice, ice was in drink, server corrected error in a friendly professional manner. Food was great, especially the onion rings. They were extremely business, mistakes happen! Impressive customer service skills as opposed to excuses or blaming someone else. Awesomeness. Thanks

Went to drive thru to order the Impossible Whopper. Menu price $5.79. Get to window, employee says $7.19 (my total). I tell her the menu price. She says the sandwich only price is $6.59, $7.19 with tax. I said then you need to change the menu bc it has $5.79. She acts like she doesn’t care and says she’ll tell the manager (to change it). What she should have done was tell the manager and charge me the posted menu price. Won’t be going back.
