DO NOT RECOMMEND! Was yelled at when I pulled up to the ordering window and was told to wait. Ten minutes later. No one took my order. When I said hello. I was greeted with another yelling session twice. Gladly taking my business elsewhere. Not only was the service bad but so was the food. How is this place even open ?!

I don’t know why it is so hard for the kids at the Bandera BK to fill the fry containers all the way full, but somehow they never fail to disappoint me in that respect. Two medium containers of halfway-full fries again. And one of them was supposed to be a large.

2023. I visit this place every year to see if it’s turned around. Nope. Still ranked as the most horrible BK in the . Clean your drive through, pressure wash that thing. Gosh. Grill your meat better than this microwaved patty you just gave us. Gross. Barely one star ⭐️

Had a hiccup but Whoppers were Tasty, Fries were fresh, Drinks were on point with light ice as requested. I called but no answer so I had to return to have the order corrected. The manager was Extremely approachable, Assisted me immediately and without a hesitation fixed my order to my request as well.

Ordered a whopper and got a chicken sandwich. The worker (an older woman with gray hair), told me she couldn’t make it. I was fine with it at first, but she promised me that if I was fine with waiting, she could make my order. She was being very rude and asked me why I’m eating burger king at 6 am. As a customer service worker, I’m pretty disappointed. I get it, it’s difficult to work at 6 am and have someone order an impossible whopper when you have to cook the meat. But I still would’ve rather been turned down than be asked invasive questions, get sarcastic responses, and have my order wrong.

This is absolutely the worst service ever. Let me start by saying the man in the drive thru was very nice and was put in a situation he obviously didn’t wanna be in. Came at 10am today 4/21 was told there where no eggs and it would take 5 mins I said that was fine. At the window I asked if I could get two more sandwich’s and the woman it the back starts yelling .I only have 4 eggs yelling she only wanted 4 sandwiches. I was fine to wait so she starts yelling at me how breakfast is almost done. She started saying what do u want me to do. I said your job. I’m starting to understand why this place is dead all the time, I’m unsure how it’s still open. I just demanded my card back. My husband is a GM at a bougie burger place. If it’s one min to close and u walk in you get served because that’s his job he wants to make money for his company. Seriously I have never been treated so rude. I would say I understand a bad day but by reading the reviews here it his is a regular issue.sadly I believe she was a manager or GM the way she spoke to me is not a way I would speak to a dog. Sorry that we expected to just do her job. We where the only people there not like they where busy. Totally disrespectful. My family won’t be returning. To bad I love Burger King.

At Burger King they do not allow refills due to COVID-19. No free upgrade to make up for the difference. I asked for no ice so at least I can get a fair amount of beverage and a separate cup of ice. They charged for the cup of ice. I do not recommend eating here. There are plenty of other places that give refills. No wonder the place is empty.

Orders 2 Fully Loaded Crossan’wich, one being a meal. This is what I got plus cold hash and old unsweet tea. I was over charged, never given a receipt. This is not worth $16 at all! Called the store numerous times with no answer. Said the wireless caller was unable to answer. Ever since the new management group bought out most of the BK’s in SA area, the quality has gone decreased tremendously. We do not go often and when my husband craved it, we were disappointed. We will stick to Dunkin Donuts down the street.
