Ordered 2 whooper bogo got to the window and told her i had a coupon. The young lady taking order didnt know how to ring register so she went and got the general manager(Michelle) in which i was told i owed the regular price for 2 whoopers because i didnt tell them coupon code ahead of time. So i said just cancel my order and ill go aound drive thru and reorder with coupon code and was told me to leave and that they wouldnt serve me. This GM wad so rude!! I will never go back. This store seems to often get my order wrong to start with but this was the last staw. I will be sure to let all my employees not to go there as well until they change management. Update: called the store to complain and nothing resolved

It is 1 pm in Alice texas when my family wanted to get some food we ordered and when we arrived at the window said we had a coupon. We were not previously asked if we had a coupon the cashier went to ask another lady. Another worker came and said we were supposed to give it as we were ordering we explained that we were not made aware. We said we could cancel the order and go back in line to order the same thing so we could get our coupon the lady then said no if you do that we aren’t going to serve you. We were being compliant with less than service and then met with hostility towards us for incompetent workers. We were refused servic and had to leave.

So showed up well after any lunch Rush , Just wanted a burger and a drink. The cow of a GM was who assisted me as the register rings me up and i pay with 20 dollar bill. When i i noticed the same meal would be cheaper if i got the fries. I asked the COW and she grunted yes it would be cheaper if i got the french fries with my meal. I said ok add the fries and give me some money back. She said No, I said ok cancel my order and refund me all my money. She said No, Then told me to leave or she going to call the cops. I said go right ahead call the police. Police show up and basicly say too bad so sad. So buyer beware, Burger King Alice Texas is a joke, and it explains why the company is in distress.
