I’ve been at the Burger King on Saratoga that’s where the manager was discriminating me and my wife because we were Hispanic I showed him my military ID and his attitude I told him it was a little too don’t judge a person by his looks. So we went to this one here on Staples it was actually really good they got all the right the restaurant was really clean the kitchen was really clean the bathrooms were ready clean their sodas taste really good there was just one problem customers don’t want to see this Wonder eating one of their employees sleeping in the dining area we went on a Saturday so he must have partied way too much on Friday night other than that the food is really good the place is really clean this is the breaking of be going to for now on. I came to BK at around 4PM on 8/13/ 2022 and was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the grade of food and service, you must ask why I asked for a Southwest Whopper got a regular whopper, after my order asked was ready, I asked focondiranch Didn’t have any, of this items after receiving my cups fro fountain drink, only had power aid, HiC and fanta available at this time, and no small cup lids so I had to take my drinks without lids, my fries were burn and dull of grease, along with my jalapeno cheese. I hate giving bad reviews but this location honestly isn’t a very good pick. I went through the drive through during dinner time (an expected busy time). It wasn’t busy at all! I ordered the number #6. This looks absolutely nothing like the #6. Like at all! It’s almost false advertisement to me. The patty is super thin. It was honestly a mess. I had to do some reconstruction of my burger. There was only 1 pickle. It didn’t come with ketchup. Which isn’t a huge deal but it’s just the simple fact that the window man said it would come on the burger along with mayo. I’m very disappointed on the bacon. On the menu it looks good but this is what you get. It’s not even worth the price. It was also Luke warm so by the time I got home (5 minutes away) it was cold.

Last time i came at night and the whole restaurant smelled like cigarettes. The lobby was dirty! Trash everywhere. Me and my family left. I decided to give it a try again through drive thru and My fries were very salty! Covered in salt it was disgusting. I tried to call the store but the number doesn’t work.

Got reminded why we don’t go to this Burger King. wanted to try fully loaded biscuit ordered 2 meals waited awhile and worker comes to window said the bottom of the biscuits were hard said they would put 2 tops together said ok but get home the tops are hard to. I messed up didn’t get a receipt worker didn’t give me one paid cash Burger King can check around 10 o’clock bought 2 fully loaded biscuit meals and paid cash. Will never go back. Go to Whataburger people meals are better and less expensive.
