So we stood in line for about 10 minutes what looked like a manager and I hope not she had no hat no name tag she was doing something on the register she didn’t even acknowledge us. She had seen us, walked off twice and came back to the register twice then walked off a final time. Then a team member by the name of Carla had to come and take her order. It would’ve been nice if she would’ve acknowledged us and asked us to give her a minute, but she said nothing to us and stayed quiet and then she went to the side by drive-through and just stood there. She had no tag like I said no hairnet no hat and I really hope she is not a manager and if she is she needs to be demoted and re-trained.

Man.. went out of my way to try and give fast food another go. Well let me tell what.. NOPE. WHEN I SAY FILTHY IT WAS FILTHY! BURGER KING ON SARATOGA. MARK YOUR DAYS! Aside from decent customer service from the cashier and the Coca-Cola being on point. Everything was gross. Waited to get our order made and received mediocre cold food, couldn’t find a single clean table to sit at, found broken baseboards, rust and black mold on the ac vents, foggy looking windows, trash on every table, smeared ketchup, dirty trays and cobwebs in plain sight, and not ONCE! Did someone come clean or wipe down even after being notified. With new customers coming in they still took no initiative to clean the entire visit. When the remake for the food was being assessed the manager who walked in late and disheveled laughed at us as we looked on to get our order remade. Restrooms were filled with employees doing god knows what in both restrooms so we had to book it to the nearby gas station because the food we had just eaten had to come up. Never again! Aside from no hair nets, and no name tags so I can’t identify them but corporate needs to shut this location down and fast!. Looked at Google reviews and they have more 1 star reviews then anything else. Avoid this location. I’m no saint by any means but if it keeps anyone else from an experience like mine then so be it. Also just so y’all know why we stayed, I wanted to see if they would fix the problem, not be part of it. Never again will I eat here.

Most dirty burger king i have been too. No table was clean, food and trash every where, out of everything. Mold and water dripping from ceiling. Floors had spilt drinks, leaking fluid from ceiling, food and trash. Health inspector or code enforcement??

Had to hunt for a clean place to sit. Only one table being used. Took 25 minutes to get two whoppers with fries. The fries were cold. We asked for ketchup and napkins. They were out of ketchup and brought us napkins all waded up. Worst experience at a Burger King.

Sorry BK. This location is deteriorating. There’s ceiling panels wet with mold. There’s parts of the wall flooring broken off. There’s spider webs under the tables ?. And food was served cold after waiting online and in person. Workers are nice and greeting but they need a manager to motivate them to clean the dining room and report all wall damages to franchise. .we drove 20 mins away from a BK in front of our apartment just to be just as disappointed.

Had to have burger made 4 different times and it was still wrong! How hard is it to make a Double Whopper with cheese, only pickles, ketchup, mustard and onions? And guess what, it still wasn’t right on burger #4. I overheard the manager say, so it’s a mustard whopper, to one of the employees. I just accepted the wrong burger and added ketchup myself. Bad part is the employees were looking at me as if I did something wrong, to include the manager. Props to the young guy who was making burgers. Atleast he tried

DO NOT EAT HERE I got a chicken sandwich and suspected the taste was off . It tasted like it was tossed in cold old oil before someone realized it was on and let it sit there till the oil reheated. I got very very sick. Worst food ever.
