The food was good and the restaurant was SPOTLESS. Compared to the one that on Conway in Mission the entire Resturant was CLEAN. I even complimented the manager that his team did a great job in keeping up with everything. For some reason my oldest is a HUGE fan of the BK lounge but most of them are hit or miss. Either the food is off or the place is just filthy. So we’d go back there again.

I wish I could give this place zero star! So I go up to the drive thru and the manager Monica takes my order. I ask if I could place app order thru drive thru? She says yes I can and I give her my 6 digit credit pin. Get to the window after 15 mins and she states that we cannot do that despite what she had just said. I ask what I should do? Monica states that I can get in line again and wait another 15-20 mins. I get off she refused to talk to me after I asked for a manager. She finally came and brought my order and it was wrong. The order was remade and it was wrong again. They finally got it right and I left after over an hr after I arrived. I honestly didn’t even eat the food. Zero accountability and zero customer service! Gonna cancel my account and never eat there again.

Yes I had gone through the drive thru about 30 minutes ago and I ordered a Chi’King meal. I was hungry so as anyone does I bit into it and felt that the meat was off texture somewhat. To my horror I saw what I had just bit into, the Chicken meat was RAW!! I have never been so digusted in my entire life when eating fast food! Do not order at this burger King unless you like medium rare Chicken breast!!
