They never have half of the things they advertise. Dropped by on two different occasions and both times they were “out” of the chicken fries. Tried to order the rodeo burgers and then they tell me they’re all out of onion rings. Absolutely embarrasing logistics management. Whoever is managing or franchising this place needs serious training. No wonder they’re getting killed off by Chik Fil A – they actually have their menu in stock.

I ordered two cheeseburgers and a small fry. What I got was two hamburgers, made incorrectly, and the bun was stale. The french fries were actually good. I told the manager and he apologized, said he would replace it. The burgers were so disgusting I opted out but told him that the french fries were good. He said he was sorry and ask me if I would like my Neil put in the bag. I laughed and said no, I’m not going to eat that. He apologized again took my tray threw it in the trash, came back and said that in my next trip he would give me a 10% discount on my meal. No tell me how much is 10% on a $4 meal? I don’t think I’ll be going back.
