I went with a friend to Burger King on the corner of the expressway and Shary road in Mission TX. We had coupons that came in the mail, this enticed us. Turns out I didn’t need a coupon because I saw a big burger that caught my eye. The “Texas Double Whopper”so I ordered it. Plus, I wanted to compare their fish sandwich to a McDonald’s filet of fish sandwich. My buddy ordered the Whopper combo. I tried the fish sandwich first. Right out of the wrapper I already see a difference in the sandwich, no cheese, and greasy looking breading on the fish. Honestly, the fish itself tastes the same as Mickey Dee’s, but the overall sandwich is better at McDonald’s. Next came this huge sized burger, I could hardly fit it into my overextended mouth, it was that big. The burger comes with bacon, jalapenos, two patties, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. This burger has all the components to be really good but the quality of the beef really takes away from it. The char on the pattie is a definite plus for flavor, however, the meat itself seems flavorless. The fries are Okay, not really crispy, but they are thicker than most. We had Chocolate chip cookies for dessert, l liked my cookie so much I had to have another. Would I go back again? Maybe, maybe not

One of the worst customer service I’ve experience in my life. The worst part is I know I wasn’t being complicated or a Karen. Imagine how they must handle a true Karen I don’t believe the customer is always right , but omg the audacity to roll her eyes, raise her voice and LAUGH at me with other employees as soon I turned my back. not my fault she got annoyed because simple math was too hard for her, had to take out her calculator instead of listening to what I was suggesting!!! Never thought I’d go to Burger King and get bullied by the absolute worst employees in the valley. There’s people who would LOVE to take their jobs,truly. Very disappointed and 100% not coming. also, instead of bullying people they should grab a rag and Mop to clean up the place. It’s a complete mess.

Very dirty place. I’ve could no ding a clean table available when we had to look for one. I went to let them know. One of the team members came and just clean one booth. She still asked if it was well done. I said, nothing. I felt so sorry that she asked for approval still. She used a drug that it looked like it was not even washed. She left the table wet with the solution she used to «clean» I went to get paper and clean the table my self. I did not see any one else taking care of the rest of the tables. I was waiting for my husband and I had to see more unfortunately. Floor was dirty too. Like no mopping was done for days. I saw this male sweeping the floor and sweeping the seats. I told him I saw him and that was not okay. No wonder was people are getting sick every where with this practices. I am not coming back. Yucky yucky .

I am beyond disappointed. My friend and I ordered a whopper and a whopper combo.We were in the drive thru and when we got upfront to the cashier she had a drink ready for us although she never asked us what flavor we wanted .She then asked if coke was okay and I was in a hurry but said yea that’s fine although that’s not what I truly wanted.We were in a hurry and did not check the bag while at the window. Turns out we had the complete opposite order. We paid about 17 bucks but it truly was not worth what we got. We got a coke and one burger .We did call about 4 times and no answer so I’m here leaving a review.

Never open on time…never. McDonalds always has a line…but I’m beginning to think I’d rather wait 5 min in line and get my food than to be ignored 5 min in the drive through and still leave with nothing. I’m done trying.

Visiting from Houston we got in around 9 and decided to stop here. I order 3 whoppers all plain only cheese. While ordering, she kept saying what else after every word. At the time I didn’t think anything of it. When I got to the window I noticed it was taking a bit long for plain burgers. When I received my food it was all wrong. The young lady that came to the window seemed annoyed yet I spent well over $30. When I gave her the burgers back she snatched them saying the lady that took my order didn’t hear me ask for plain. After she snatched the food, she had the audacity to ignore my request for a refund and sent someone else to the window. As a food service owner, I had to reflect on customer service and this experience literally made me not want to patronage any other BK. Who you hire to represent your business is important because it can hurt your business.

Drive thru lady was super rude, forgot 1 of our fries my husband went inside and just let her know she forgot our fries and she snatched the recipet and thru it in the trash. What kind of customer service is that. If you don’t like your job then quit don’t take it out on everyone else.
