I’ve ordered 3 chicken nuggets and a whopper along with the meal well the chicken nuggets where like bullets my kids couldn’t even eat them and not to mention the forgotten my fries and my burger was so sloppy it basically looked like a child made my food and the staff was so rude these younger generations need to stop acting up it’s simple just thow some nuggets in the fryer and take your time making the burgers it wasn’t even busy thus place is never busy for yall to mess up at all won’t be going back ever hopefully no one else does as well horrible service and terrible food handling

Well it would of been nice if they got the order right. First off I ordered with the app and was easy and fast. The order was simply and not complex but just no onions on the new thick bacon burger also a fish burger. There was no bacon on the thick bacon burger and the fish burger was overcooked. When I drove up the employees were on their phones so they just seemed like they were not paying attention to what they were doing. I even asked for no ice in the drinks but the guy kind of was upset he had to pour out the cups then put the cups together and got soda on one of the cups. No thank you come again just handed the drinks and bag of food then shut the window. Nice. I know it is not great standing around all day but try and smile at least.

The couple of times I’ve been to this location, I’ve ordered the Impossible Whopper Burger. See the attached pictures. My burger was definitely NOT ‘freshly flame cooked’ and tasted very dry with singed cardboard overtones. The service was very fast, so I’m sure that patty was pre-cooked and warmed up to be served. I won’t be ordering this burger from BK again. Combo was $9.62.

So first off how can you get an order wrong when it is repeated 3 times back to you? Easy… When placing the order the lady seemed rushed because she kept trying to give him the total when he was still ordering.. Next we pull up to window where you are charges, the girl them starts to repeat the order. Red Flag she started repeating the order ” you had a #x with curly fries” and 8 pc chicken nuggets? Umm no we are not at Jack In The Box or McDonalds.. Ok she repeats its again, got it right.. So we get to the window the guy basically threw the bags at us and no receipt of course… SO Im checking the bags and everything is thrown on top of each other.. Looked right.. Got home and of course something was missing.. We ordered a hershey pie and of course wasnt there.. So i called and called.. Now i see why the phone was busy was off the hook for 2 days.. No way they can have that many calls to be busy the entier time.. Or they know people will be calling back.. never got through. Wont be back either.. we will drive to la feria.. So who ever got a free pie your welcome.. I mean i get it its fast food.. But slow down read and double check the orders before sending them out.. that is why the orders go through so many stations before you.. I mean its only $3 but i work for my money and would like to get what i ordered and paid for….

The WORST Burger King in the entire RGV. They are always out of stock, the staff is both poorly managed and untrained. This place should be closed down and replaced with a Stars Drive in.
