Rushed through entire ordering process, had to repeat myself several times, had to make a second transaction at the window to add the item we had to repeat to the employee in the first place… then got back on the road to realize they gave me 2 single fries in the bottom of my bag instead of a small fry. Online it says it is open until midnight. Pulled in the drive thru at 10pm exactly and waited for 10 minutes and no one ever came to the drive thru. Drove up to the windows and the employees inside were just sitting around ignoring the drive thru. The car in front of me was also ignored and left without getting served. Normally I order and pay through the app so I’m glad I didn’t this time as I wouldn’t have gotten my food because they refuse to work the drive thru. I’ll drive to the one on Georgia next time. Hopefully they will actually answer at the drive thru.

Went today for lunch with my 2 girls.. long line in drive thru.. so we decided to go in and eat.. for it only being 2 employees working their butts off they did an amazing job.. the lady that took our order was so kind and prompt with our order. When we got our food it was hot and delicious, I haven’t ate at burger king in a very long time .. will definitely be back . They did an outstanding job . And the lobby was clean also. thank y’all

I never write horrible reviews, but decided to today. One of the worst experiences at Burger King on Ross, started when ordering Drive-thru the employee had the worst attitude! I didn’t say anything at 1st cause she could have been having a bad day or a rude customer before me. Until she kept being rude to me, I didn’t hear the last part she said so I asked her to repeat. She said loudly and rude, “I said I will give you the total at the window!” I pulled up to the window and told her sorry I really couldn’t hear her and she didn’t say a word and rolled her eyes. I did tell her I work with customers also and she didn’t have to be so rude, glad she wasn’t the one making my food! I really hope she has a better day tomorrow, cause it was unacceptable how she acted today.

Ordered at the counter after standing there for 10 minutes. Waited 15 minutes for my burger only. Got a meal…but they didn’t have fries OR onion rings! No offer of refund. Very sad!

The food is AMAZING. It’s super crazy fresh and perfectly made! This is the best Burger King in Weat Texas. There is a bit of a wait if you dine in, but it’s worth it for a quiet place to eat alone. 9/10 only thing that was even close to bad was the long wait for the super fresh food, which I think is a positive!!
