Just close this location permanently. It is closed half the time due to low staff anyway and when it is open it takes 15 minutes just to get to order in the drive thru let alone another 15 to get to the window and they mess up the order because they have three people running the entire store open to close. If you can’t keep enough staff then just shut down. This is ridiculous. They got my order wrong and it is too hot and too far away to go back to have it fixed and it took 30+ minutes just to make my order and get it paid for anyway. I don’t have another 30 minutes to sit in like waiting for them to fix things.

I just relocated to Amarillo. I live close to the Amarillo boulevard Burger King children like Burger King so we occasionally eat there. Every time we choose this Burger King the service is really slow only two people working in there went inside the building looks like it should be condemned. Very rundown parking lot and building went last night said their system was down as I had ordered online refused to do anything about it said that they could not give me a refund or could not make my order even though I told them what my order was was very rude to us. Instead of telling us at the drive-thru speaker that they would not be able to fulfill the order where in this particular drive-thru if you pull forward you cannot get out they just said pull forward to the window and we were stuck there for 20 minutes to get to the window and say we cannot fulfill your order. I do not recommend this Burger King to anyone I’ve given him chance after chance thinking and understanding that it’s hard to find people to work but every time you go it’s the same thing and last night was less straw I will not go back to this Burger King.

Since Covid the quality of BK has dropped. I used to dine in, not anymore. Even the breakfast croissants have been kinda gross lately. It’s the “eggs”. Coffee is still good, and for the price it’s okay. Still prefer it to McDonalds. Need to step up the BK.

The Whopper my husband got tasted ok. Instead of going through the drive up we went in to get it to go. There was a roach crawling on the floor at the register. Employees were not focused on their jobs.
