The manager on duty denied taking our order stating very rudely and matter of factly that they had to many orders at this time, I’m just going to have to wait they are closed for 30 minutes. There were no other customers behind us at the time. And only 3 ahead of us in the dining area. She still took drive through orders when I asked her about it she rudely said we have to many orders and I can go to another location. Then within a few minutes took an order of someone else who walked in after us. Overall a very unpleasant experience. The manager on duty was very rude. And had a very poor attitude. Very unprofessional to me and other customers as well.

I gave my order promptly at the drive through and requested no ice in my soft drink. At the window for pickup they handed me my drink filled with ice I could tell immediately. I said I requested no ice during my order please. The staff at the window aggressively snatched the drink from my hand with a dirty look on their face. Their demeanor changed when handing it back. I have never had treatment like that ever about a simple error that I was pointing out with a please, to correct the error. Bad day perhaps but still unacceptable unprovoked aggression.

I don’t know who the cook is , but they are the only thing keeping this place going. The food was amazing, but the service here is the worse service I’ve had.They take wayy too long. Even when they are clearly not busy. If you pull up to the window be prepared to wait or even get a response. We waited 30 mins before anyone said anything. We had to ask if they were there and that’s when they said something. Waited another 20mins before our order was taken. I would leave zero stars if i could. I love burgerkings food but lord is the service terrible.

Zarmya was extremely rude, after waiting in line behind 6 other families we were told they were no longer taking orders for the next 30 minutes to an hour! They had to get all the other orders out. However, drive thru never stopped. When we asked to speak to the manager or a number to call corporate Zarmya Ridley and aggressively replied ” call them and tell them we don’t have no help here”

Food was great according to my daughter. The service was terrible. I’m pretty sure the lady working the window was a manager unless all employees wear button up Burger King shirts. She rushed me when ordering and was not friendly what so ever. Mind you they weren’t very busy. I ended up just getting my daughter food from there because she loves it. I went somewhere else. I didn’t want to have to talk to the lady any longer than needed.

Good was okay, service was adequate HOWEVER, very very slow drive thru… We sat and sat and sat and we only had 1 truck in front of us who had the same very slow service we were experiencing…. When we finally got to the window, it appeared there was 2 person cooking and 1 waiting on customers whether they were inside at the counter it driving through….Probably won’t be going back
