Service was super slow even though they didn’t appear to be that busy. Several employees were just standing around. The store wasn’t super messy but one of the employees standing around could have been cleaning or helping to expedite service in some way. The person making the food was moving so slowly I could have been out much quicker if they moved at a normal pace. Disgusting service. Pulled forward and had to wait for someone to bring my food out. The employee that brought it out decided to spit on the ground on his way to my vehicle, only to have a string of spit dangle over my bag of food. He then proceeds to wipe it off and hand me the bag with the same hand he wiped it with. Might as well just close this location down if that’s how food is handled. Never again.

Had to come to this location since the location on 19th said I couldn’t order for 15 minutes but couldn’t say why. The ladies here were so nice!!! Even though there were only two working they were amazing. Not one complaint with them being busy but only two working. Employees at the 19th location acted like you were bothering them for you coming in and making them do what they are paid to! I will make the extra miles and start coming to this location!

This Burger King is awful. I won’t be going there again. They rip off the customer. I added onion rings and cheese to my two whoppers for an extra charge and there’s no cheese or onion rings. I ordered Hershey pies and they weren’t in the bag. I wish my wife would have checked better before taking our pick up mobile order but if they did their jobs right she wouldn’t have to. On top of that they had nothing but sweet tea for whatever reason.

I would like to know who owns this franchise because there is no one here at restaurant and doors are locked and phone number busy when I call. The manager last night who said her name was Taylor said she would comp last night’s meal because it was cold and the cashier dude made us pull around and wait 15 minutes for our meal. Taylor was outside smoking and taking a break so I let her know we were still waiting. So went tonight to redeem and doors locked drive thru not open and number constantly busy. Franchise owner you need to wake up and see your business is failing……….

Service was very lousy at drive thru. When I got my whopper it turned out to be clod. Will not do business there any more.
