I bought the original chicken sandwich , but I used a coupon. it is one of the things that I really really like about Burger King. They still give coupons in the mail. I don’t have to go on an app to get discounts. m. Most of the other places nowadays, you have to use an app to get discounts on food. I like that I can put the coupons in my car. So if I decide to eat something on the spur of the moment or when I’m out and about. I do not have to take time on a app to get a discount.

I ordered 2 sets of nuggets, which they forgot one and had to go back to get other set. The worker didn’t believe me and wanted to see my bags..I only got one bag , insisted I got 2 bags..had to stop my daughter from eating her nuggets to prove to her I only got one set, was ridiculous, over 2$ nuggets..if she had not charged me I would have just left, but I was charged for 2 sets and that’s why I went back, top of that some of the nuggets were not fully cooked and cold SMH…on my way to work , had to drop off daughter, didn’t have time to go back and complain, wasn’t a good experience!

My experience as a delivery person is that Burger King needs to step up on customer service and the time frame the food is prepared. It took more than ten minutes for my pickup to be ready. I stepped out and picked up another order, and some food had still not even begun to be prepared. I understand everyone is understaffed, and I appreciate anyone who can work at a restaurant because it was not for me.

Brought my daughter’s in for lunch after a doctor’s appointment ok service only thing wrong was the soda machine was out of service and apparently staff does not know how to replace the syrup box along with their machine being flat but apparently there’s nothing wrong with it

I had two separate orders, one for me and my friend, they were not complicated at all with only 4 items on each ticket. The cashier kept telling us our card declined when i was literally looking at the app with money in my account. She kept swiping even thought i told her it was a chip card. So we tell her to just let us pay for the other order. She payed for the first order with my friends card and i had to pay him back cash cause it was more expensive, and on top of all that she told us the ice cream machine was out but still charged us for it? Terrible experience just go to McDonalds folks. Also the wait time was atrocious 30 mins+ and there was only 2 cars ahead of us. What a joke.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, especially from manager MICHAEL RUEDAS who offered no explanation, no apology and showed no concern WHATSOEVER about the awful service I received? Went through drive through window for an Impossible Burger Meal, asked me to pull to the side and they would bring my order out. I waited for half an hour, meanwhile cars going though being served. I asked the server taking out orders to other cars also waiting, how long would it take to get my burger meal? He said they were working on it, meanwhile cars being served . When he came out with another cars order I asked him to cancel my order and gave him my debit card to issue a credit. He took it and went inside. Waited and additional 10 minutes, the server going in and out with other car’s orders, I followed him in and asked for the manager. The server pointed to the manager Michael Ruedas, who I asked for a refund of my order. He said OK, gave me back my debit card , offered no apology or explanation as to why my order was taking so long. I was so disappointed with the lack of Customer Service or concern from the servers or the manager.

I went to this BK during a rushed lunch break. I usually don’t go to this one but it was closer to where I work. I ordered a Whopper Jr., small Sprite & small onion rings. I get to the office & began to eat. On the 2nd or 3rd bite I bit on something hard. I automatically assumed it was the thick white part of the lettuce. I pulled it out of my mouth and it was a piece of white plastic. I couldn’t finish eating after that. I called BK and told them what happened. The woman I spoke with assured me that there should be no plastic around the area except for the packaging of the buns. I took the burger back after work and showed them. The manager gave me my order again at no charge. Against better judgement I ended up buying 2 more Whoppers bc I couldn’t go home to 2 kids with 1 Whopper Jr. When I got home I realized instead of giving me my small onion rings they gave me small fries. Simple mistake, right. But on top of the whole plastic thing I got really annoyed. I vowed to never go to this BKs again. I think the manager was very nice and the fact that he gave me my order again for free was great. Thank you. I just don’t feel comfortable eating there again.
