I ordered delivery through door dash and needed to make an adjustment to one of the burgers since I’m deadly allergic to tomatoes and the order screen didn’t allow me to make any special requests, so much for having it your way. They did not answer the phone. They picked up the handset and hung up several times as you could gear the background for 2 seconds or so. Once the food arrived the order itself was completely wrong with several missing items and the burgers themselves assembled in the most disheveled way. Definitely not worth ordering from this location. Both through, delivery or dine-in.

The only small issue when we were there, is that the electronic soda machine was not working. They had to serve our drinks from behind the counter. Other than that, Burger King was great like always!! Love us some Burger King!!

There is nothing positive to say about this Burger King. Their kitchen area is always a mess (trays laying in the middle of the floor, large bags of trash/supplies all over the place, etc.). The workers go into panic mode if they have to handle more than one customer at a time. But the worst part is the service. Never a smile and, most of the time, they’re rude and insulting. I can’t put into words what an unpleasant experience this was for me the last 2 or 3 times I went there. I go for fast food so rarely that I always forget how bad this burger king really is, but writing this review will help me remember to go someplace else.

Ordered a breakfast platter, the eggs, croissant, pancakes and sausage were great. The hasbrown bites were very bad. More than half were hard as a rock, you could tell they had probably been refried twice and had been sitting there for a while. The small things in an order do make a difference on whether or not you’ll come back. If you want for customers to come back, that’s not the way to get them back.

Buyer-Be-Ware when using the App. When I arrived to the restaurant, the employee informed me my order did not appear on on the screen and asked me to refresh my page. I did but got a different order number. I was told I would not get charged twice, but Burger King did. I returned to restaurant after 3 days and showed Manager on duty my charge was not pending but approved. I followed her instructions and contacted Burger King through the app. The employee confirmed I had only made one purchase pickup and stated the other purchase was going to get dropped. I did inform her the purchase was not pending and was already in the end of month statement, I did pay my statement. Overall, I was charged twice, wasted my time driving down to Burger King and showing my statement and following what appeared to be the appropriate steps for a refund. I even filled out the customer service survey with no positive end result.
