I worked at an auto repair shop up the road for a few years in the early 80’s, I would often make a breakfast run for the other mechanics to this BK and order like 8 Whoppers, nothing beats a Whopper for breakfast. Joanna, the store manger was very rude to me when I went through the drive thru this evening. She put the wrong chicken sandwich on the screen and when I corrected her, she became defensive and mean. I was kind and said everyone makes mistakes. When I pulled up to pay, she was unpleasant and crass. I handed her my phone for the Apple Pay and should would not take my phone. I don’t know what her problem was, but apparently she was having a bad day! Finally, she took my phone so that I could pay.

I am a vegetarian I don’t go out to eat very often because of that vector I went to get the impossible whopper. This is the second time that they have given me real meat. It cost me to get extremely sick because I have an eaten meat in the years. I will be turning them over to the health department. They will not do nothing to make it better. Customer service is dead. These fast food restaurants are dying with it. This was a pretty bad experience from the start. First off let me say I love burger King but this was so bad, I will not be back. The lady was rude when ordering. Didn’t say a word at the window. I even said “have a great day” she said “yeah” then we got the food. Fries were good but that’s it. My chicken sandwich was hard and rubbery. Tasted very old and stale. Fries were incredibly salty. They didn’t have applesauce for my son. Just bad. Won’t be back.

I ordered a regular (not spicy) crispy bacon and Swiss chicken sandwich. I got a cold, spicy bacon and Swiss. This was after correcting them on my order at the window. I don’t recommend this location at all. For a sandwich that was 9.39, I expect better. I understand it’s fast food, but to have not only the wrong order, but cold as well, I’m very disappointed to say the least.

Asked for no pickles and I got extra just thrown in the wrapper. Patties weren’t even on the bottom bun. Fries were burnt and unsalted. I give my hard earned money to this establishment for at least decent food and this is what I get. What a joke. Haven’t even tried the chicken sandwich yet and am afraid to.

AWFUL! Went through the drive through. Ordered whopper Jr. meal. Fries are OLD, cold and look like they were cooked in old oil. Burger is cold. Won’t be back to this location!
