3 weeks in a row I ordered 3 plain “DOUBLE” cheeseburgers at the drive thru and got single ones. I was charged for double burgers! The employee called me sir when I am a woman. They need to teach their employees how to read and make double cheeseburgers!!!! I also ordered the hot nuggets and got regular ones. I don’t think I will be returning to this location.

Drive thru order. They forgot my chicken fries but didn’t forget to charge me. Ordered a bacon king, where’s the bacon? Not the first time I have items missing. Cmon. Anytime I try to call they never answer.

Wow! What an improvement! A while back we decided to not go to Burger King anymore because we had so many bad experiences. But today, we were craving it and thought we would give it another try. I’m so glad we did! I don’t know if they’re Under New Management or what, but the food was pure perfection and the service was fantastic!

My debit card was not returned after going through the drive thru and I came back multiple times and was told the “store manager” had my card locked up and they could not access it only for my four trips to be a complete waste of time because they had already shredded my card. Make sure you get your card back because apparently they shred it and then give you the run around.

Always seems to be understaffed and chaotic behind the counter. Quality isn’t as good as the Burger King in Castle Rock. Play place is always “closed” but a staff member was sitting inside the climbing area with no shoes on eating food. I don’t expect much from Burger King, but this one is extra disappointing.

The owner and boss of this Burger King is very rude. Don’t come to this business I’ve tried to contact Human Resources. The managers try their best it’s the people above them! Who do everything wrong and won’t give BOTH CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES the treatment they deserve for their own selfishness. Will be reporting.

Need to train the kitchen staff better I used to be an employee here and they’ve gone downhill since then. How do you put two top buns on the same sandwich and two bottom buns on a different sandwich over cooked fish as shown in the photos and tomato does not come on a big fish sandwich so why is there tomato on here sick of these issues every time I come here something is messed up this is unacceptable this will be going to Corporate. Would give you zero stars but unfortunately that’s not possible. Will be filing a complaint in the store after I get off work.

My Burger King experience took place 3/3/23 during the lunch hour. My son and I ordered the whopper meals, of course and we also had a side of chicken fries (my first time). The Whopper has always been my best burger (even cold out of the fridge) and this time was no exception. The chicken fries were really good and everything was topped off with exceptionally quick service in a clean establishment. I appreciate that!

The lady working the drive this morning was EXTREMELY rude over the microphone to me. Very pushy. When I received my order it was missing drinks. When we started eating out food I realized we received the wrong burger. Also the burgers wer le ice cold. When I brought the sandwich back I heard her arguing with someone else in the drive through being rude AGAIN. when I told her the problem with my sandwich being wrong and ice cold she acted like I ate the whole thing and was VERY RUDE to me AGAIN. After being humiliated for asking for the correct / hot food she gave me my burger which was finally correct and hot. Needless to say, the lady on the drive through today was arguing with multiple customers, in front of staff and just generally not nice to the customers. This a very bad look. As an executive chef I would never speak to or treat my guests like this. Manage should take corrective action. Every time I come through the drive thru to get something for breakfast, the order ends up wrong. Same person working the window every time. I repeat the order 2-3 times when I get to the window and still ends up with something missing or the order isn’t correct. You can’t get ahold of anyone when you try calling about your order being wrong because who wants to drive back to BK and then back home to only end up eating cold food
