Tried to get breakfast at the drive thru. No one greets me or takes my order. After a minute, I ask, “hello, is anyone there?” I get someone with very broken English tell me to wait. I wait for a couple of minutes and still haven’t had my order taken,so I leave and go to McDonald’s who had no issue getting me breakfast. And they speak English.

I go to this BK because it’s the only low price place I can nab a quick breakfast on the way to work. I’ve gone here at least 20-30 times. The same cashier that can barely speak English is always working and they simply can’t understand my extremely simple order. They always ask over and over and over after my extremely simple statement “I want two bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits, please.” That’s it. One sentence. After usually 3-4 questions about that extremely simple statement, I have literally never once gotten that order, 20ish times in a row. I get croissants. I get sausage, I get without egg, I get ham, I get no cheese. Literally anything other than the extremely simple order I make.
