The girl that was working the drive through was talking on her cell phone through her ear bud while dealing with my order. Then I get home and the mozzarella sticks tasted like cardboard. They were clearly way over cooked and it appears the grease hasn’t been changed in decades. I took one bite and spit it out as well as the chicken sandwich. Clean your fryer!!! What a waste of time and money, I would never recommend this Burger King to anyone.

The food here is excellent! The store and the parking lot is clean as well. The employees make you feel welcome and the atmosphere feels great. One employee that I would like to say in particular is “Maria” she welcomed us into Burger King with a pleasant smile, positive attitude, she was patient and repeated and completed our order in a timely fashion. We will definitely be back and looking forward to interacting with Maria and the other employees in the near future.

Got my order completely incorrect, I ordered an Italian chicken sandwich but got home and it was a round whopper instead of that familiar oval I was so looking forward to. Honestly burger King you kinda suck because I am a single mother without any income and this is the only time I will eat out for months. Sad face….oh and when I called to complain they have the beat system for complaints …. full voice-mail box and they don’t answer.

The drive thru clerk is a bit short and rude, on top of forgetting a few things. He once gave me 5 straws for two drinks, and i find myself having to go back around because i don’t get napkins or sauce despite asking for them. The food is okay, it usually tastes pretty good, but for some reason I’ve gotten sick the past two times i ate here.

It’s Burger King so I obviously know what to expect, but being served literal BLACK bacon is even something I can’t defend at a fast food place…the lack of customer care and respect for the food they’re handing out is straight up disgraceful and embarrassing. There is absolutely no way that the workers would eat the kind of food that they serve. Food was cold and although condiments were requested, not even one was received.

Once ordered a #5 during dinnertime and the lettuce was a big o’ chunk and when i brought it up to the manager on at the counter, he replaced my sandwich after he noticed what was on it; didnt need to do that, i appreciate you taking into consideration, i dont eat alot, and its good to see someone take accountability and right a wrong

My kids and I love Burger King, but after today they may never get a dime from me. The lady who took my order had a very bad attitude and wanted to argue with me because I said I ” would like the biggest nugget meal “, instead of ” a large nugget meal. Then to here her make slanderous comments about a certain ethnicity just really solidified how awful this place really is. This place needs to be demolished and replaced with a Del Taco.
