Cigarette Shopper I ordered a number one got my drink cup filled up my drink got my order the whole hamburger was cold sloppy the only thing that was good with that meal was the fries and that is pretty much iffy they were half burnt asked the lady at the counter for napkins she was so rude to say we gave you napkins underneath your tray I asked for extra napkins so coming to this Burger King I would advise you not to it is a horrible experience the food is not cooked the service is very very minimal it’s what does not interfere with their play time therefore I give this Burger King a zero and that’s coming from a secret shopper don’t go there it’s not worth it spend your money at McDonald’s at least they will give you extra napkins

Worst BK I’ve ever seen, fire the manager ASAP. First, closed for no reason, sign clearly says it’s open and there’s staff inside. Ignored me in the drive through. Second time they wouldn’t honor the menu prices (tried adding charges everywhere) and wouldn’t give me water. This place is a joke!
