The gal at the drive thru initially answered in Spanish. Not English, Spanish. At a fast food burger joint. In Colorado, USA. Not a Mexican restaurant. A burger joint. Really? She only began to speak English after I asked what she said. Then she proceeded to screw up the order purposefully, it felt like. I left without food and I won’t go back.

From the moment I walk in the service was terrible bad attitude I ordered two junior Whopper when we finally got it they were cold I went to the counter and complain once again bad attitude they put jr. Whoppers on the microwave. I complain I said no I don’t want those Junior Whoppers like that you put those in the microwave I saw you once again bad attitude no apologize so I request my money back manager she nothing she didn’t offer me to replace the junior Whopper fresh she just give me my receipt with the credit with bad attitude she never apologized I’ll never go there again what was the worst experience for Burger King

Notice my burger was uneven. Opened to find that I only have 1 and 1/2 pattie. Tossed my meal away because I am not sure how you miss half a pattie unless you dropped it.

Fish sandwich was horrible. Oily and hard. The lettuce was old and cut up for a salad. The bun was soggy from all the oil from the fish. There’s no way the manager doesn’t know this is going on. It was horrible.!

Sunday, on our way to Church the morning manager was extremely rude. Drive-thru manager was whispering and couldn’t be understood, she kept slamming the Drive-thru window while we were still talking… threw our food at us… she was behaving like she would rather be anywhere else… I’ve been here before and they were pleasant, but if this is new management their crews will follow her lead… so sad because I really love burger King

We come to this place frequently. We order online and pick it up. No problem. Usually we get good service and good food. Not this time! RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! They were out of half the things I ordered, would not compensate me. The wait was horrendous and when I got our of the drive thru line and went inside I (since I had already ordered and paid) I see a bunch of people standing around, walking in slow motion, no sense of urgency at all! They had people waiting in the lobby and 7 cars in the drive thru! Our onion rings had burnt fries and three onion rings in it. The iced tea was empty, the shake machine was not functioning. The manager, barely an adult himself, was a jerk. One of his employees, after I told him I just wanted my order because we had been at the hospital all day, asked if I was trying to make him feel bad and said it wasn’t working. I can’t believe how bad this place has gotten. They used to have polite employees who actually did bust their butt. Horrible experience tonight. Plus, they could nott refund my money because I did the mobile order. Won’t be going back there!!

Went to drive thru window. Ordered 2 plain w/cheese only whoppers. Received Whoppers with everything, they were cold and tasted nasty. Ordered a Whopper Jr. Again the meat tasted nasty. Food here used to taste good. What happened to this place? Won’t be going again as this is second time we ordered from here & order was all wrong & was cold and meat tasted bad.
