I came in had a cup from another restaurant threw it away, changed my mind and retrieved it. The c word of a manager acted like I was the worst person ever. The food I ordered had a drink with it and I had no intention of using the cup I retrieved but she was a c word and treated me with disrespect. I would give her negative stars if I could.

We have been to this Burger King a few times and the first 2 times were fine but we went today and the burgers gave us all good poisoning. I knew when I tasted the burger something was off the bun was very hard and tasted like it was cooked a couple days ago or something. My daughter and son have both thrown up everything and now can’t keep anything down. Never going back here again.

Then knocked on the window and she finally said “Our system is down we’re closed” and slammed the window in our face. Manager caleb was off the chain in manners. 1st off we were in line for 30 minutes from order to food. NO APOLOGIES whatsoever. In fact I got half my order correct. We watched as he pushed napkins and straws around on an empty counter..because acting busy was way more importat than handing us our wrong drinks or telling us to pull forward. When he states it was because he had to do counter too i asked for my correct drinks, he shut the window on me and ignored me. I waited until a co worker came to window and she got us drinks. Although that shouldve tipped me off to check other orders, i found the wrong sandwich and half filled fries. Guess what? When i called to address wrong sandwhich…no answer. Why is BK allowing this from their managers?? It only takes a few reads here and you see the next manager complaint….DO BETTER BK!!

The past few years I haven’t had burger king much because of bad experiences but after moving to boulder and giving this place a chance, I come to burger king alot, they have fresh juicy food with amazingly fast service. Best burger king i have ever been to. Do yourself a favor and visit this location!
