Telling You The Truth Because The Companies Won’t
Just tried to go through the drive thru since the lobby is closed due to being short staffed but the person working just ignored me the first time I went through the drive thru. When I called they didn’t answer the phone and when I went through the drive thru again and repeatedly said hello for over 5 minutes a mans voice with an accent suddenly cut over the mic, He was extremely rude and proceeded to tell me how everything I asked for they didn’t have and were unable to make. This included mozzarella sticks, chicken nuggets and fries. If he wasn’t lying and they really have no chicken nuggets, fries or mozzarella sticks available to fry this is truly a pathetic Burger King location. The franchise owners should be deeply ashamed.

Hands down the worst experience you’ll have at a burger king. Don’t believe me? Try waiting for 20 mins for anyone to even acknowledge you at the speaker and the food quality is awful. Stale and cold chicken fries, always out of an ingredient. The way the staff treats you is like ordering from their restaurant is the biggest inconvenience you could possibly muster. Theyre incredibly rude and unfriendly.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. The old woman who is a manager some how is the rudest lady I have ever dealt with In fast food. It’s honestly shocking and impressive at how nasty and rude this lady is. She screams non stop and talks about you to the next customer. Not to mention if you order something she doesn’t feel like making she will straight out tell you no I don’t have time to make that. I’m sorry? Isn’t that your job?You are too old lady to be that nasty all the time. You should 100% retire or find a job that doesn’t deal with the public. How someone with your attitude made it to management even at a Burger King is beyond me. Your bad vibes rub off on everyone you come in contact with – I’m sure of it.

I hate this Burger King. So much so that after a year I’ve finally decided to leave a review. I’ve given it 4 chances. Either the customer service is bad or the food is bad. This time both were terrible. Absolutely disgusting amount of mayo on my burger. Tried to wipe some off and eat it, but the whole thing was a mess. I won’t waste another cent here and neither should you. Just go to the Subway in the same parking lot or drive 10 min either direction, trust me.

The lady here has always been so rude for absolutely no reason. Makes me feel stupid and an inconvenience if I look at the menu for literally longer than 2 seconds, makes comments “any day now” “there’s no umms on the menu”. Slammed the window in my face as soon as she handed me the food. I’ve only gone to BK a few times in the last couple of months and it’s always her, and her attitude has only gotten worse. She makes me never want to come back.

This manager, Lynette is TERRIBLE. Very confused on why someone put her in charge, no only does she only frown, but she will most definitely boss a cusomer. Which some would call rude..She is rude to her employees if they are nice to her customers which proves her need to be unfriendly. She snapped at a worker loudly and in front of me, the customer. Simply because he decided to small talk while waiting on chicken to cook. Which a good manager wouldve made sure THAT didnt happen , chicken delay..while not busy.1st visit encounter i tried to use the moble app and she argued wth me on how the order should go and told my order number was wrong, after standing up for my order app number she then said she thought i had a pick up order? mamm if you would’ve let me give you the number and not toldeME how i ordered, no problem wouldve existed. All this withnot 1apology and grand prize; cold food. Ps the cashier and cook were Awesome.

Probably the worst Burger King I’ve had the displeasure of patronizing based solely on the stubbornness of its owner. It is a madhouse at lunchtime. Their biggest — and perhaps only? — concern is getting people out the door as quickly as possible. As a result, they have refused to adopt simple 21st Century technology that would make everyone’s life a whole lot easier in the long run.

If I could leave a 0 star, I would. I tried to order here, but was completely ignored. Waited about 4 minutes before I said anything. The person working there screamed at me that they’d be right with me. I waited another three minutes, and then I left. I was in the drive thru line, and as I turned around, I saw that the employee was texting on her phone. She ignored me to text. If this is your only option, go there. Otherwise, their horrible reputation is very true.
