Never had an issue, only waited in line once late night, but didn’t take long. Their breakfast is surprisingly really good (I’m not huge on fast food breakfast). Oh and they have pretty bomb onion rings and potatoe o’lays!

These people need to wear hair nets. This is absolutely disgusting. Got home, opened my bag, pulled out my fries to find this. A nice long blue hair wrapped around all of the fries. Knew exact who it was because there was only 1 girl working that drive through with bright neon blue hair. She’s probably a nice person, but I threw all my food in the trash. Doesn’t really make anything else in the bag appetizing after seeing that.

They keep messing up my orders, I am allergic to raw tomatoes and I will ask for a sandwich without the tomato, but they keep messing up my order leaving me unable to eat the food. I have even ordered and paid for a whopper with cheese combo and ended up with a whopper Jr instead. It’s like they intentionally mess up then refuse to answer phone calls when I call to explain the mishap. Today, I had a mishap with tomatos, AGAIN, and , I tried to call, they picked up the phone and hung it up immediatly without even saying hello. Worse BK ever

Went there for the Spider-Man Burger combo and double triple checked and got back to where I was going to eat it and there was nothing to do with Spider-Man. Not one thing. While I was there I tried double checking with the manager even because I didn’t think that they got the right thing for me and it turned out that I was correct. Really frustrating because I feel like I was overcharged for a burger and some fries because it was themed and it turned out to be plain. It’s funny because the guy even asked if I wanted catch up for the fries and I said yes and I didn’t even get that lol. Not a big deal on that point but kind of funny and insult to injury that he tried to ask for more for me and didn’t even get that right. There are different fast food places around here. I recommend going to one of them unless you’re absolutely craving a burger but as far as the Spider-Man burgers don’t go here

Went thru at 11:45pm ish on friday. They were slow to take my order and just as slow to make it. Than one whopper had a burnt bun and the other whopper had 3 small patties instead of the big one. Also both were cold.

The food is disgusting old and nasty. They don’t care how old it is or how it looks. It will get you sick of you get a chance call the department of Colorado food service on them. Hopefully they get enough complaints about them that they shut them down.

This is an amazing location! Such an amazing staff, very friendly and happy to help. I spilled my soda all over my Whopper and they got me a new sandwich then helped me clean up the mess. This was above an beyond!! Strongly recommend this location if you’re curious. I WILL be returning ❤️❤️

From the moment I pulled up the experience was bad. Ordering was incredibly difficult as the person taking my order was not clear on if an item was on the menu or not. In addition, I wanted to order two milkshakes. After I paid and got my receipt I saw I was only charged for one shake. When I was handed only one shake I was told that the machine was “out of milk” and they would not be putting any more in. The one shake I was given was not even well mixed (see attached photo). Beyond that, it is clear that Burger King has no shame in overworking employees, especially those who work nightshift. Three of my items were so badly packaged that my food fell out of their containers (and the bag) onto my car floor.
