The girl working the drive thru was among the most unprofessional and rude people in customer service I’ve ever encountered. She either needs to take a class, seminar, or other tutorial of some kind on how to treat customers, or she should be completely out of sight of any customer. Have her make the food or do the dishes. Anything to get her rudeness away from customers.

After living in the area for 3+ years I have seen this place fluctuate in service and food and with this last experience I am done going there. The line 2 cars…we waited 8-10min for our order to be taken once pulling up to the microphone and 3 min until we were given food( not too bad but weird). While ordering they could not do shakes or any other drinks then soda and tea and the lady claimed she was the only one working or else it would be faster service and she could see what’s wrong with the machine(she was very frantic). Pulling up to the window we see she has 3 other coworkers pumping out food…like what? no biggie until we got our order and the ingredients on the burgers were wrong plus we received the incorrect items. Just a weird experience BK needs to get this location figured out one of the only drive throughs in Erie.

I’ve been to this location twice and both times I was disappointed. They were out of chicken fries on both occasions. The food was fine but there was a pause of several minutes in between each round of orders taken so the time spent wasn’t worth it. They seem like they could use more staff so maybe that is the issue, although that doesn’t explain why they’d be out of items on what seems to be a regular basis. The people that were working there were friendly. I would not recommend this restaurant to family or friends.

I drove 13 minutes to pick up some food for the family and when I got home order was wrong and I got this when I ordered a Texas whopper this looks nothing like it and it had no bacon . I called 4 times no answer. Finally a younger guy answered very rudely and was refusing to give me my money back or get me a new sandwich. Will be talking to coorporate soon

they are mean and they don’t give any sauce even when you ask. they shove the food in your face and close the widow. poor service every time i’ve been here. not going back.

Multiple poor experiences. This place is so bad that it’s bringing the housing market down! This is the new Italian chicken sandwich with tomato sauce on it. Looks like someone slapped it in the face with a tomato and laughed!
