Sadly, I made the same mistake of coming back. It’s in desperate need of new management and leaders to help weave out the rude employees. Wont be eating here again since the employees have not consideration for anybody but themselves. people can get food poisoning from undercooked and raw meat but apparently these employees don’t care but I will be reporting them with the health department if I get sick from them. disgusting food

August 24th 2023 at 12:30 p.m. I ordered two bacon cheese double Whoppers and all of the bacon on both of them was completely raw my wife ended up eating half of her Burger before she noticed and she is almost 8 months pregnant. This is unsafe for anybody especially a pregnant woman. I am very upset I spent almost $25 for lunch and got raw food.

This is consistently the slowest service at any Burger King I have ever experienced. I sat for 30 minutes in line at the drive-thru, and no cars moved forward in line for the first 10 minutes. The milkshake machine is always conveniently “broken”. The service is embarrassing.

This place is a joke. I wanted breakfast for my kids and I needed to use the restroom. I ran in and when I was leaving to get in my car the employee said for customers only. As a business owner myself I understand this policy and let her know I was planning to go through the drive though. She then said “shut up bitch”. This worker is a embarrassment to your company and needs to be fired. Not only did she look completely trashy she acted that way. I ended up taking my kids to Dutch Bros coffee for breakfast across the way. That store had 0 customers in it and I see why.
