Waited a minute to order, it was ok I thought they must be busy inside. I was the only person in the drive thru. Finally ordered my food. Waited a long time so I was like ok, it’ll at least be fresh. The burgers were decent. Fries were disgusting. I know these mustve been sitting for hours. Soggy, and half pieces. Way too much salt. I threw the fries out.

oh, my goodness!!! went through the drive thru a little bit ago. What a very pleasant person, I dealt with… refreshing these days, for sure. our food was delicious. I wish I had gotten that kid’s name. made my whole day!!!

Order was not accurate, got fries instead of onion rings and a 4pc kids nugget instead of 6pc like I ordered and paid for. Tried being satisfied with the fries but they were soggy and disgusting. What a waste of money! The interior seating area was very, very cold – uncomfortably so. I have a suspicion this is by design – to limit the amount of time people spend inside, or for the employees stuck in the hot kitchen. I don’t blame the employees for my bad experience, I blame management and corporate for not allowing the hours for the store to be properly staffed.

When we are visiting in town we have always used this BK. Have always had a good experience. Today not so much. I understand staffing shortages. But we didn’t even get a “we’ll be with you asap”, not even eye contact. Us two in line, a three group in line, and a lady wanting to ask for something. The staff were working hard. We just need to know we’ve been seen and we’re willing to work with you. We left.

I’m on my way to the ER to get my stomach pumped. I can’t eat meat, my body can’t digest meat. I ordered the impossible burgers and I was given something else. I went inside and told them that wasn’t impossible burgers. they re assured me they were. clearly they weren’t… they gave me some double meat cheeseburger , even the package said cheeseburger… why would they do that , why would they lie and play with people’s health? I’m not mad I’m disappointed… I would never eat at BK again

I saw this one is open till 12: 00 Am mid night. And make my plan to visit and order and drive almost 25 minutes from Loveland. And whenever I reached it was 11:45. And they say, “we are not accepting order , whatever I want I can do and we are not getting your order.”

This BK was experiencing staff shortages for the day, and the employees that were there were obviously stressed out and unable to keep up. The grease quality was very poor. The french fries were reeking of oil that needed to be cleaned or changed. The staff forgot numerous things on our order, and the mozzarella sticks were rubbery and cold and obviously old. They were not fresh. The lobby was trashed, and there were no available staff members to clean it anyway. Multiple groups of people came in and left because no one could get to the counter to help. It would have been a wise management decision to close the lobby and only operate the drive thru. The manager was stressed and was only a shift supervisor and had commented he had been there a very long time and the evening staff had already called out. Im not sure why the AGM or the GM or the district manager wasn’t helping, and i know god forbid the owner steps up, but these situations are why people dont want to work for places. Yet everyone wants to complain that no one wants to work. You would have had to pay me 50 dollars an hour to put up with what they were doing, and the 3 people that were there probably didn’t make that between them. Support your people. Pay your people. And if your business model doesn’t work with doing that, then maybe you shouldn’t be in business. Hopefully, someone can do something for them. But your employees and customers are experiencing the bad end of this. On one good note, my 10 year old liked his crown and felt the spicy chicken was great. But then again, he’s 10.

This place is very slow. I was waiting up front to order my food for 5 minutes! Nobody even acknowledged me. There was three workers outside while there was two inside working the grills and drive thru window. This place either needs new management or to be shut down.

My order wasn’t made correctly as missing a Burger King fries and I got the wrong drink, I thought Burger King was better than that and everytime I try to call nobody answers the phone so if I can get my 246 order remade that would be great I ordered a Oreo shake two bacon cheeseburgers two fries one drink for $6 which actually comes out 7:46 and I did not get everything that I ordered so if I can please be assisted I would greatly appreciate it thank you so man’s loss
