Placed an online order, get to the drive thru only to get bluntly told that they just aren’t taking orders. My husband reiterated if that is what he heard. They repeated, and when we told them that we had placed an order through the app, they told us that it was going to be a 30 minute wait because something was broken. Based off the the previous reviews I am not surprised at how lacking their customer service skills are. I have worked in fast food, and I have worked in call centers. If I ever had spoken to a customer like that, I would have been spoken to and written up. I understand they deal with difficult people, but we weren’t rude and the treatment was uncalled for. Do better.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Burger King!!! Whoever was running the drive thru didn’t acknowledge me when I pulled up for awhile, then when he did it was to tell me he’d be with me in a bit, took another 10 mins to take my order then when I got to the window I had to pull around to wait for my food for 15 mins. I was the only car in the drive thru? About 5 people inside, isn’t this fast food? Then when I finally get the food the taters are burnt do bad that they have no potato left, the double croissant sandwich tastes like it was sitting under a heat lamp for 2 hours. Drive thru guy has no idea how to deal with customers either. Never had an issue with this place!! Trash

Amazing employees, we placed a pickup order only to find out we accidentally sent it to the wrong address. The gentleman at the window was so kind and understanding and gave the other store a call to let them know and have our order ready as soon as we got there. Amazing customer service!!!

Normally the fastest drive through near my work. But at 8pm on 3-31 it took 20+ minutes to move 2 cars though. The car in front of me got one bag of food and when I got to the window employees were standing around talking. I asked for a cup of ranch and didn’t get it and all I ordered was a junior chicken sandwich and a value drink. Whatever employee hands the bags of food to the person working the window was just standing there talking and staring off into space when obviously the cook needed help because orders were taking so long. This is normally my go-to place to get a quick bite so I can get back to my job where I am needed. They made me late back from my lunch. For no reason. In the past when they are cooking a large order they will have the person pull around to the front and walk it out. But employees were simply too lazy to do this. Do better BK. I did not have it my way.

The food was as good as any Burger King and the staff friendly. Unfortunately the restaurant itself was filthy. The floor was littered and it was clear that none of the table tops had been washed. The temperature inside the restaurant was so hot I left after eating half of a burger. Not the best Burger King I’ve been too but to be fair not the worst.

I ordered my meal without tomato, it is not that I don’t like them, but I am allergic to raw tomato. Having gone through the drive thru, I didn’t check before I started eating on my way home. 3 bites in and my mouth & throat were on fire. Couldn’t reach them by phone & no receipt was provided to contact them any other way.

Went in the drive thru got a chicken sandwich because I had a coupon guy at window charged me full price after giving him the coupon and no receipt in the bag to try and hide it…go inside manager gives me the difference in cash and says I need to tell them at the window…how much more clear can I get by handing you the coupon after the total was read then separately give you my card and still charge full price ignoring the coupon. Yeah I just gave you that for no reason no receipt like I cant check my bank real fast.

The breakfast sandwiches are always frikken burned eggs way over done to the point of eating burnt eggs, bacon so burnt so gross everything to far being over done will NEVER get breakfast from here again hashbrowns soaked in stale grease & temp almost cold feeling and I’ve gone to different ones to try same food and same experience happened 3 different BKs get it together BK I don’t recommend any sandwiches there for breakfast !!
