This has happened more than once here. Your employees always have you pay and pull around right away to the front, they tell you it will be about 3 minutes and then items are missing from the order when they finally come out after about 10 minutes. The employees are terrible and act like they don’t care about customer service or accuracy when you go and knock on the locked dining room door to ask for what you paid for. They imply that they could not have made the mistake that you are letting them know about and you are trying to get free food when literally we just want what was ordered and PAID for already! I am so unhappy with this location and the unprofessional attitudes and service. It would be ok if they made mistakes and were decent or cordial or even had a sense of humor when approaching the situation but unfortunately they act like they do not like their job and customers, acting like uneducated victims that are going to do what they want and do not care if people enjoy the experience. I will NEVER go here again to see these nasty people on the night crew. I will not be surprised if you have to close down because your crew are the absolute worst I have ever encountered at any food establishment in my whole life and I believe they would probably neglect food safety where a customer can get sick with the despicable attitudes they give customers. Avoid this location, in my opinion if you value your time, health, stress level or safety. This location is an absolute disgrace.

I ate here 3 days ago on Friday, at about 8 pm ish, it was the only meal I bought…. and that next morning I was very sick to my stomach…. The hamburger patty in my sandwhich looked old, but I couldent tell that it was so old as to make me sick….. I spent 6 bucks for a meal that ruined my night, and my morning….. I would have gone back and got a refund. But I really dont think they care. So here you go, avoid this place the workers dont give a hoot about your freshness or health.

Stood waiting for food for 15 minutes before anyone realized we hadn’t gotten our food. When the young guy who took our order asked his manager “Marcus” he came around the corner yelling about how he “already put it up and handed it to us.” He was loud, belligerent, and disrespectful to the staff and customer environment. I’ve worked fast food before..Throw that manager out and get someone new in to clean it up.
