Went thru drive thru, had to repeat my order 4 times bc I kept getting interrupted. Then I get my drinks, which are 2 inches from the top of the cup, so they’re not even full. Soda was watered down w hardly any ice.. no straws.. I’m asked to pull forward to the front of the building.. they bring my food,, it’s not all there,, so I had to go inside to get the rest.. then I get home,, and my sons chicken sandwich had bad mayonaisse to the point it was sour.. tried calling the store to get it fixed and they refuse to answer the phone.. now they r closed.. seriously, 1 simple meal w an extra drink is all I ordered. Pretty sad. If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would!!!!

Went to Burger King for the first time in 5+ years just to try the new Spider-Verse Burger. Placed a mobile order for pickup, and waited about 15 minutes once I arrived to the store. Got my order, drove home, and opened it to see they gave me a regular whopper. The only reason I went was for the Spider-Verse one. I decided to go back and get the correct burger, and when I got there they told me they were out of the Spider-Verse Burgers. I asked for a refund and they said I couldn’t have one because I ordered online. It should have been marked out of stock instead of giving me a regular whopper that is $2 cheaper than the one I ordered. Contacted support for a refund and they tried to offer credit, until I said I would dispute with the bank, then they offered a refund. If you’re looking for burgers and fries simply go to McDonald’s and save yourself the trouble.

Kerstyn was a delight at the register and even walked our food out then wished us a wonderful day. Our food was delicious, couldn’t be happier with our service. Used a coupon and had a meal for 2 for less then $20.
