Went through the drive through ordered 3 bacon double cheese and one regular double cheeseand a 4 piece mozzarella stick. And this is what you get. Nothing that you ordered burger wise mozzarella stick were correct. Customer services is horrible and rude. So rip you off by not supplying the correct food ordered and then basically fruad you by charging for services not recieved. Then have employees wanting increased pay for a job they cannot perform correctly.

Empty and dirty. Staff holds loud personal business conversations for all to be stuck hearing. Old oil, food tastes weird like old oil and dirty grill. Closed on Sundays w/o having it listed so Google doesn’t know. Horrible pothole at entrance. Whole place looks, feels, smells like a restaurant in need of Gordon Ramsay. I’ve had better everything at fastfood places in the bad side of major cities.

Door dash driver states he sat at the store for a hour and they were not busy. Call the store twice, no answer. Call the other close location and leave a message for the district manager, no call. Then, my daughters and I stood there a looonngg time waiting to order as 2 managers and 2 teenagers were looking at us (skinny manager was standing in the office door talking to tubs) Tubs another manager rolled out of the office in his chair just to watch the one manager do nothing. The 2 teens in the back were trying hard to do their work. The teens had to ask manager to take our order. We stood there for 10 minutes just to order, then 30 more minutes to get our food. I told the manager to do his job as he was rude. I called the store to get cooperates number. The manager asked why, I told him and he hung up on me, then unplugged their phone. NEVER GO THERE!! It’s a waste of time and money
