We stopped in here at this Burger King , located in the TA Travel Plaza. While we were ordering, it seems one of the workers was distressed. At first, Lauren, that works here, asked my boyfriend if he would step inside the men’s bathroom, just to see if he’d went in there, so, he did. Next, she took our order, as a front line cashier, very professional with a smile. After her line of customers were cleared, she even went back to the break room, to talk to him again! And was back to hand us our order! What great customer service, and an awesome team player she is! We will come back here!

Excellent service! I ordered an impossible whopper plain with cheese and it came out hot and fresh along with the 3 cheeseburgers my husband ordered. All the toppings were on the burgers, rather than sloppy and falling off. The fries were also fresh, however they tasted strongly of oil. Prices are pretty high, but you’re in the middle of nowhere so what can you expect? Good milkshakes!

Poor service from staff chicken sandwich was hollow. 2 min past time for breakfast refused to let us order breakfast then we seen them throwing breakfast food away *after employees took what they wanted* in talking to manager we learned the only staff member working was the GMs daughter…go figure. Manager did make it right and also heard him letting the young lady know that it was noticed she was the only one doing her job! Which good for him we cant hust complain about bad things but must acknowledge the ones doing good as well!
