There is a good reason they have 3.2 review rating. I’m surprised it’s that high. Avoid this BK location at all costs. They do not honor the coupons that are on the main BK site for this location. The guy argued with me about it and I showed him what it says. Still no go. The whopper I was looking forward to all day was the single worst whopper I’ve ever had. Not going to make the mistake of exchanging my money with this poorly run BK location ever again.

I don’t feel bad at all for rating this place one star. We tried calling ahead of time for an order, to no avail. After calling 10 times and no answers, waiting 5 minutes in between each call (cause I thought maybe they’re just busy) I just went to go order my big order and just wait in the parking lot. So when I got there I sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes, nobody helped me. I had to get out of my car and go inside and it wasn’t even busy, there was no line at all…. So why did my phone call not get answered and why didn’t I get help at the speaker? It was ridiculous I’m never going to Burger King again.

In a town where almost every restaurant is a burger joint, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. We are all human, and mistakes happen. But it’s how the mistake is handled. I missing 1/2 the bundle in my order. While also missing a drink (which they ALWAYS do), I was missing 8 piece nuggets, a whopper, and a chicken sandwich. So I was missing 1/2 the bundle offer. The store won’t answer their phone for me to see if the delivery person just happened to forget a bag. So I put in the issue online. They initially offer me a $10 coupon. That bundle costs $30, so half that cost alone is $15! Plus the cost of the missing slushee being 1.20. So I get to pay $6.20 extra for the honor of not getting my dinner. I tell customer service that exact thing. What do I get? A $9.52 refund. Less than the $10 coupon?! Wow. When checking the app to see if that refund was on top of the coupon (it wasn’t they never sent the coupon) I then see that they took away all my perks rewards for this whole order! Worst customer service ever. I don’t even care about the money or coupons. I just wanted my food, which was never an option I got. Go somewhere they will appreciate you, treat you like they care of you ever come back, and handle mistakes instead of, literally, making you pay for their screw up.

I pulled up to order at the drive through but nobody answered at all for a few minutes still nothing so I pulled around to the window and someone was there giving another car drinks ECT. A guy came to that area where the first window is I know he saw us parking there, then the car in front of us left and I pulled up, and there was nobody in sight, there had to be 2 people working says they don’t close til 10pm it was about 8:15pm I honked and nobody in sight at all?? So I left… No idea what/why but that isn’t good service and a bad rating from me.!
