I went through the drive thru tonight and normally I’m very apprehensive about even going to Burger King because I’ve been burned way to many times..however this sweet voice greeted us at the speaker and took our complicated order. We pulled up to pay and give her all the coupons we had. We find out her name is Julie and I have never had a better experience at a fast food restaurant before. I frequent this Burger King regularly, but lately there has been a fairly long wait at the drive-through. After a hold to take my order, after paying, I have lately been asked to drive forward and park, then wait some more. Two days ago, it took 15 minutes before they brought my food out to me. I refused to pull away from the window today though after being asked to pull forward and park as the two vehicles behind me had already left, and also because I wanted to chat with the manager and share my take on what I’ve been experiencing there lately. She acted as if she didn’t want to hear a word I had to say though. It’s frustrating because I like to frequent this location, but perhaps I’ll have to start taking my business to the Jack’s across the street. Too bad.

Abbey in the drive thru is the worst. I would never eat there again the manager did nothing he obviously lets his staff run the show. Much training is needed to improve. Absolutely disgusted with the level of disrespect that came out of that women.

This place messed up a burger I paid $15 dollars for. Asked for no sauce on it and when I went and asked for them to correct it they told me they couldn’t do anything about it even though I specified when ordering that they shouldn’t put ketchup or mayo on it.

First we sat there waiting to order for 10 minutes. Mind you we were the only people there… Then when we finally tried to order she was very annoyed and said “is that all” immediately after every item we ordered. When we got to the window she was not very nice.
