Took forever to get through the drive thru but my food was hot, fresh and delicious. The woman taking the orders and money was wonderful. Told me that I needed a crown and that it was non negotiable. I don’t know how this place has above 2 stars. The management here is the worst. Take accountability and grow up. We won’t be back. We learned long ago to double check order and absolutely NOT get any chicken. This time I had the lady at the window double check my order. She assured me what I wanted was there so I didn’t check until I got home. Went back and Spoke to manager and they refused to accept any responsibility for the missing burger that I came back for. Waited an extra ten minutes at the window to get my burgers made. They just refuse to own up. I suppose they can’t do anything about it when it happens to almost every order. This location needs audited by corporate. Since you increased what you pay employees we pay hard earned money for this service $50 for 4 people?. I won’t. Not again.

If I use a coupon to get a $5 meal (which doesn’t include a pop) and if I add a pop to the meal the order comes out to around $9. I would rather get a munchy meal from JntB which is more food, better tasting food, and comes with a pop for $8 than a mediocre meal at BK for $9 with a coupon. Anyway not bad food but not worth full price. Store is newer and kept clean. Service has been pretty good.
