Licking your fingers and opening the bag after. Asking you to mix the shakes better and asking for whip cream when you denied both. Cold food. Snotty attitude and unclean people. The place had liquid all over the floor. They do not care about how that place looks. There are fast food joints that have drive-thrus and do a better job than you. Disgusting people. I don’t recommend this burger king until there are decent workers and a cleaner environment. I hope the health department comes.

This location is the worst. The employees are rude and just watch you stand at the counter without saying anything and then walk up to the counter when they feel like it and ask what you want. Luckily, you can see them make the food so you know that there is nothing wrong with it. Then they just set it on the counter and walk away. I won’t be going here again.

Juanita was awesome and she gets 5stars for the service she provided me when I ordered. But the manager or team lead that was there was not great at all and she is the reason for the 2 star rating, I’m guessing Juanita is new to BK and still in training because even though she did an amazing job the manager whom I suppose was supposed to be training her was no help to Juanita at all and when Juanita asked for help the manager was very rude and seemed like it was a bother to have to help her. For the most part the manager was either standing or sitting around. The manager also had very poor hygiene as her dandruff was thick on her shirt so I’m glad she didn’t prepare any food or drinks. Again Juanita was very awesome but that manager or team lead was horrible and non supportive to her team. I was there 03/01/23 between 6pm and 7pm. Great job Juanita and I hope they get you a better manager or team lead.

BK has always been my preference to other fast food burger chains. I like the menu variety they have. Chicken fries are my favorite! Always had good experiences here, good food and staff have always been nice. Never too long of a wait.
