Just went through the drive-thru, there were cones on one side so we weren’t sure it was allowed, but we tried anyway just in case. The woman working the headset yelled at us that “there are cones for a reason” and that they had a bunch of kids inside? I don’t get why you’d close a drive-thru because of that, but whatever. I get being busy, but if I talked like that to a customer unprompted I would be fired. It was honestly kind of unbelievable.

We don’t normally come to burger King, but every once in awhile we will stop in after shopping and get some food. The past two times we did, we waited almost 10 minutes just to get our order taken when there’s nothing on their order screen. Even so, me and my autistic son wait patiently. The three employees that work here all look like they hate their job, and they make it known while ordering my food, and while they work. The girl that works the register was somewhat rude, maybe due to being overworked, but regardless of that it shouldn’t be reflected back at any customer, especially when I was kind to her and the rest of the staff. I told her thank you and so did my son and she just said, “yeah, sure..” and rolled her eyes an waked away. I told her that I hoped she had a better day with a polite smile and all I got back were daggers for a stare. Food was hot, but was a terrible experience aside from that.

Placed an order for delivery from the Burger King App. First thing, food was cold (its seems that is the norm), second thing – we didn’t get what we ordered, we ordered Spicy Ch’King Deluxe Sandwich and they sent Original Chicken Sandwich. So we ordered the most expensive chicken sandwich and they sent us the cheapest chick sandwich instead. EVERYTHING WENT IN THE TRASH. I know these big chain restaurants don’t really care about such a small order or customers that only order every once in while, so there you have $18.00 in the trash.
