Clean. This location has the playground, if not the most family friendly atmosphere. Front line staff was friendly. The guy cooking my food flipped off his coworker when he was told my order. One of the staff members appeared to be under the influence of some sort of stimulant. She was jaw jacking like she had just smoked meth.

They Forgot a sandwich, made me drive all the way back out and then wouldn’t give me a refund for the sandwich they forgot. Drive through took 10+ minutes. I expect if I’m the only person in the drive through and I’m waiting 10 minutes for food for my order to be correct. They told me that the only way for me to get a refund is to come in during a time that I am not available. Do not go here unless you want to spend money on food you won’t receive. Big thumbs down from me.

I stopped by at about 9:00 am. I went through the drive thru. I waited at the speaker for about 2.5 minutes. I almost left thinking they were closed. Then a guy said hello and to order. The guy was friendly. I ordered a med sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal with an orange juice. I pulled up to the window and paid. Got my bag and drove off to an appointment. Went to eat and realized I 1: did not receive my orange juice, 2: that I got a croissant sandwich instead of Biscuit, 3: the hash browns were cold and tasted like they just were sitting there for awhile.

Came in for food around 11. There was one employee here, Annie. She did a great job making sure everyone got their food out in a reasonable time, considering the situation. This was a disgusting experience. I felt dirty when I walked out. The guy at the counter was eating and wasn’t being sanitary about it… and where the lids and straws were was absolutely disgusting. Idk why I even got food from this place. You can definitely tell that the workers there don’t care anymore. I didn’t take any pictures of the tables but most of the tables and the floors were dirty.
