I’m a food delivery driver. I wanted management to know how bad service was on Saturday July 8, 2023. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes. I witnessed no less than 3 drive-in customers come to the counter and ask why they got the wrong order. The manager on duty was very stressed. There were 5 workers standing around and apparently not able to help solve the problem. These workers had caused the problem but were unable to assist. Understandably, the manager was distressed as he had all of the workers asking him different questions. He finally asked them all to go find something to do and leave him alone. He handled it better than I would have. I applaud BK’s desire to provide jobs for these workers. However, there should be a ratio of competent workers available during all shifts.

I’ve used the mobile app to order and have had great success getting my food on time and as ordered. Music is too loud in the seating area and makes it hard to have a conversation. The tables need to be wiped down more often. My last visit had to wipe my own table to be able to sit down and eat.

Non of our order was correct. Fries were cold and hard. Absolutely no leadership. The “Manager” just walking around looking like she is doing something and ignoring the issues. Don’t eat at the CDA location.

Service was slow, Manager had a bad attitude towards me and his staff, waited 8 min for him to take my order when there was no one in front of me. He talked down towards the employees and they worked slower because that. Not apologetic for taking so long to get my food. So bad that a senior had to sit down because he was standing so long for his pickup order. Management need courses on customer service.

Sat and watched my burger sit in the warmer for 15 minutes. The front counter person ignored the burger and left and didn’t see her again. Only one person working while the rest were in the kitchen dancing around and talking. Won’t go there again. It’s a joke there
