Not an exaggeration it took exactly 21 minutes for a whopper and fries. I came here because I didn’t have time and ended up waiting way longer than anticipated considering this is “fast food”

The quality of service provided at this establishment is absolutely abysmal, to put it mildly. Particularly detestable are the individuals appointed as supervisors, most notably Josh, who exude a repulsive blend of arrogance, sexism, and an utter lack of regard for maintaining a conducive atmosphere. On several instances of my unfortunate visits, I have personally witnessed two distinct supervisors exemplifying an astounding degree of unprofessionalism towards both myself as a customer and their subordinates. The sheer thought of subjecting oneself to such demeaning treatment, akin to the ordeal I experienced a few weeks prior, is simply unfathomable. One cannot help but be astounded by the existence of a work environment where employees are subjected to such degrading behavior. I implore you to steer clear of this wretched establishment unless, for some reason, you derive satisfaction from being treated with contempt.
